The staff are amazing and attentive especially the breakfast/restaurant staff. The site facilities are very well mainted and cleaned regularly. Our room was big with a nice balcony. Situated on a hillside so nice and breezy. Security guard to let you in at night and in general a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh juice, fruit, omelettes, indian pancakes and some typical indian breakfasts dishes. Great laundry service (but a tad expensive)

The room we stayed in was run down and we could not close the closet, the safe did not work and the floor was filthy(even just after being cleaned- p.s might have been a colour they used for the wood).

Nice surroundings and good room with a balcony (although not a great view). Close to the beach. Excellent food in the restaurant. The service in the bar/ restaurant was exceptional thanks to Satyam. Nice pool area. Although there were only two sunbeds by the pool, they were available both afternoons that we wanted to use them.

Reception staff were not great - didn't offer any information and were less welcoming than everywhere else we stayed in India. Our room was only cleaned once during a 4 night stay. Breakfast was limited compared to other hotels we stayed in on this trip.

We stayed at Regalia Resorts in Goa for four days and three nights, from February 23rd to 26th, and it was amazing. The resort is really close to Ashwem Beach, just a 2-minute walk, so we could easily enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Our room had a great view of the pool and beach, and the staff were super nice and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. The resort is well looked after and has a nice restaurant with a view of the sea and pool. The food was delicious throughout our stay, especially the vegetarian options. Although some rooms require climbing stairs, the beautiful views from the sea-facing rooms made it worth it. The staff's amazing kindness, shown by how they happily helped with special requests like making baby food as per our requirement for our 2 year old daughter, made our stay even better. Overall, our time at Regalia Resorts was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Ashwem Beach, with tasty food and friendly staff.

Sea view from the room. Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. The staff are doing their best, especially on rainy days. Kudos to them.

There was a small pool, at times there were 10-12 guests and the pool was packed. Limited options on food. The door was not opening once, when we came after dinner, that was a bit late. We had to wait some 15 mins to get it open by the staff. Rest all good and nice.

Room is spacious. Liked the cleanliness. Room service was quick.

As the property is situated in slope area,u hv to climb the steps to go to ur room or go outside. So people with knee problem will hv difficulty to access their room. And to go to beach we had to walk some around 1km so this property is not on Beachfront as mentioned in the website.

The hospitality is great. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Bathrooms are newly painted. Food was delicious

There is no beach access. The public beach is 500m away and that too it's not a beach that anyone goes to. For the high price, we would have preferred a resort on the beach in Goa. Toiletries provided were very limited and of poor quality. There were frequent power cuts and AC stopped working for a couple of hours.

Stay was very good at regalia , cleanliness spacious room , friendly staff and quite place to be and enjoy your stay They allowed us to checkin and hour early.

What I didn't like is actually i got hurt on my leg in hotel itself as cut the was deep there was continue blood flow and staff gave us first aid also. We did dressing and went to sleep when i got i saw there were some blood marks on their blanket from my leg. Manager called me was like why didn't you tell me n all. Then we personally went to show him that see i got hurt and we had gone to doctor. They charged us extra 1000 for that blood stains that were there. Thats very cunning part that i saw as if we did it purposely

Friendly staff, Santosh, who works at the restaurant, Monarch, was very accommodating and attentive. I was hungry and wanted to dine for breakfast before checking in. He kindly made that happened and trusts me enough to pay at a later time after I checked in.

The steps were a little too high for kids and older folks. The structure of the resort that is a little too thin, I can hear the people upstairs and where they were walking around.

Excellent and wholesome breakfast. Good food ordered through A la Carte for the other meals too. Courteous and helpful staff - across teams - F&B, Housekeeping, Reception, Security. My son loved their pets. I loved the atmosphere, full of flowers and tastefully decorated.

The property is managed by a set of employees who are highly dedicated and motivated. The service is brilliant, be it room service, housekeeping, giving a bespoke dish et.

Went in the peak of monsoon season. The velcro assisted plastic sheets cant stand the wind and rain, they get ripped off. Something innovative has to be done.
