I was on the 5th floor initially. there was flooring work going on the 6th floor. in spite of giving the reception staff 45 mins, they could not stop the work. the guys were hammering & using drill machines on the top of my room, impossible to stay in the room. finally the manager did stop the noise but only for an hour & again the noise started. Due to this they shifted me to another room which they could have done initially but don understand why they did not ?? really upset!!

Service is BRILLIANT! Everyone at the hotel is eager to help with every little thing, from organising a takeaway breakfast because we were checking out early to letting us use their wheelchair for a family member who wasn't a guest and wasn't even at the hotel! The facilities are superb too - typical Ramada quality everywhere. The bed is comfortable, the toiletries and towels are of very good quality, and the standard room is large enough for two adults.

Great hotel with wonderful staff - very hospitable, polite and efficient. The breakfast spread was very good, too and the dishes we ate at the restaurant, great. Javed at the bar, Puneet at the restaurant and others, whose names I cannot recall, deserve special mention. Awesome location, too.

The pillow options should be improved. The ones the hotel provides are too high and I developed a crick in my neck the first night. Substituted a rolled-up towel as a pillow, the next night.

Everything... Specially food. Over all my stay was good. No major issues with the service. It was good to find a good hotel in the heart of the city.

Room service need to be improved. Staff tend to forget putting towels and water bottles. Phone in the room was not working too. Despite complaints it was not fixed. Room no 309.. Otherwise i have no issues.. This was my second stay at the property.

It's the best place in Bareilly.....everyone in the staff was very polite and helpful.....thanks to the restaurant team for accomodating special requests.....a special thanks to the general manager Mr. Manesh Dutt for arranging the conference room.....I highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Bareilly

The whole staff is extremely friendly and super service oriented. I appreciated all of them and their help to make our stay at the hotel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast provided in the Hotel really excellent and delicious. Space provided for breakfast is very sufficient and decorated. Hotel located in easy access in Civil line on road. Service provided by staff excellent.

The stay facility for driver not provided .While facility for drivers should be provided.

It is a beautifully maintained place, it clean and well maintained, the check in and check out was seamless. Staff is well behaved, food quality is good, prices are reasonable. I would say it is a great place for a stay. Me and my son had a great time.

Reception area could have been better. Plus the choice of music being played in the lobby can be improved. Instead of loud tracks, they can play soothing music
