Good central location close to all relevant sights/temples/markets. Well sized clean rooms with comfortable beds, good AC, fast wifi and shower. Limited parking space available for cars but plenty space available for motorcycles. Good breakfast available with plenty of choice and welcoming staff. Elevator available to reach the upper floors.

No geyser available. And despite the promise that hot water would be available in the morning, i never got to experience hot water from the shower. City view according the room description on Booking.com. One side of the building has all the windows obscured so you can’t see outside unless you open the small window, the other side of the building….well it’s not the city you’re looking at!

My Daughter had travelled with her freind for badminton tournament, and she fell sick , J M Vistara Staff , Ms. Sakshi, Mr. Pramod, Mr. Chirag and Mr. Sanjeev took her to Hospital immidiately they came to know, Bought Medicine and took care of food. I am really thankful to all these staff they took care of her else I would have to fly from Mumbai to Barreilly. Food Quality is also very excellent in Hotel. Thank u once again to all staff of J.M . Vistara hotel , Bareilly.

The rooms were good and clean for a person on work travel. The location is central. The service was prompt and good. The beds are soft and cozy. AC working fine. Ther hotel has a night club , a bar, and open terrace. Loved the open terrace. They had water bowl for stray dogs outside the hotel, which shows they are good human beings. Thank you JM Vistara for my comfortable stay. What more can one ask for !

Front desk male employee at night time was unprofessional, rude and lack of professionalism. Matterss was saggy and uncomfortable. Nothing was mentioned as advertised such as mini bar, dishwasher and bathrobes.

Room is good and the ambience of the hotel also good. Breakfast also delicious. Staff is friendly. Special thanks to Mr Malik for your kind support. Mr Harry and all other staff members were good. Location is very good closer to main road. We two girls stayed and the security in the hotel was good for us.

We stayed for 10 days. Eventhough the breakfast is delicious the menu is almost similar.

There was a stuffy smell in the room which they must take care of. Restaurant food is a bit costly but the taste & quality was good

Nice hotel to stay in Bareilly food is best but there is only drawback they can't provide slippers in room.
