I booked from 25 to 29 .Got confirmation email from booking .com.Also I directly contacted through phone on 24 where it was confirmed .They told 'yes'.But on 25 they was just arriving to the hotel at 4 pm .Then they contacted through phone and told that the room was 'sold out'.That they can give me a room on someother location and not on the same location .Then I told I will complain.But on arrival they just given me the room and asked me give the whole payment on check in itself and just given.

Reception & Restaurant staff were good and helpful

Loud furniture movement Noise in the room in morning from upstairs, it was really disturbing, at time of check out I did complain to the reception staff who tried to get the duty manager involved but he did not care about the complaint not even talk to me about my issue, the manager just ignored me and the reception staff like he didnt care at all !!!

The room was as TRUE as the pictures. Clean and elegant. Love the shower room as it was spacious. The toiletries were also of good quality. Staff was friendly and had an overall good stay at the hotel. They are located beside the fisherman's wharf restaurant and if you feel like having fish goan style it's just a 20-30 secs walk from the hotel. It is close to the airport 24kms from T2 so had a hassle free ride from the airport. A personal touch: My daughter solves the rubiks cube and had solved it and kept it. Room service jumbled it up for her and she was delighted. She also carries a small teddy everywhere and the way they placed it after they made the bed was just an awe moment. Excellent and thoughtful staff.

The breakfast spread wasn't that great. Their south Indian items - medu vada and uttapam batter had gone bad. Not much variety acc to me. Especially Sunday's breakfast spread was not at all upto the mark. The staff was kind and helpful and the Omelette and Tea station were on point.

Room was spacious enough. It was clean. Breakfast was really good

I think the staff were a bit pulled. Checkin took a while, also our luggage didn't come to the room even after 15mins. Had to go down and grab it self after 15 mins.

Super quiet and clean room. Prompt service. At times had to deal with inexperienced staff, who have some distance to go with soft skills dealing with customers. Good breakfast with many options on the buffet. The location suited us.

They don’t accept American Express cards

The room was extremely comfortable, the staff were absolutely amazing in making sure our needs were met, there were great options for meals and the location was great.

Needed extra key for kids room and was unable to get one. Beds are too soft for our taste, mattresses may need replacement? Buffet breakfast has many varieties but, lower rotation; all inclusive a-la-carte would have helped ensuring freshly prepared food and low wastage

the staff were not that great and breakfast buffet was very bad. none of the items on the spread were freshly made

The hotel amenities, staff and breakfast service were good

The room allocated to me was called a suite and was small. The amenities mentioned in the site was a long list but a few items were missing - no welcome drink, cookies, fruit basket etc.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good with a variety of items, good for the kids as well. The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel is exceptionally good.

They couldn't confirm my booking even when I called them multiple times and mails. Even after reaching the check in process was a hassle and took a lot of time.
