Great location for us - approach from Airport and travel time to work location. Intelligent and courteous staff who attend to requests immediately Clean, spacious rooms covering all basic needs. Very reasonable rates compared to adjacent hotels. So great value for money

WiFi provided us not strong. Also laptops cannot be connected to this WiFi. Thai was an inconvenience. Breakfast spread may include a couple of North Indian items

Decent relatively inexpensive hotel that is about 20-30 minutes drive from the airport, but in an area of Bangalore with places to eat and local NGOs. The hotel service was good, with decent food in the restaurant, and comfortable beds. Being slightly off the main road made it somewhat quieter also.

The hotel was quite difficult to find, google maps not being entirely reliable as to where the entrance was. There is a sign off the main road but it's easy to miss. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, but the linen and pillows could probably do with replacement.

Complimentary breakfast was provided. thanks to the property. High quality and sumptuous.

Rooms need dedusting in the crevices and on upper surface of all Furnitures and windows. fine dust accumulated overtime needs through cleaning.

Lovely hotel, really responsive and helpful staff. Room was lovely- clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good- balance of international and Indian options.

There is no free airport transfer, despite it being advertised as so on Booking.com.

Everything was good about the hotel. The service, the cleanliness, the ambiance, room facilities, everything was good. The response of the staff when we complained about something was impressively fast and resolved in no time. Highly recommended!

wifi. we stayed at this hotel twice by different room. the internet connection was not available at both stays.

The Room is clean, nice and big. All the staff are friendly and accommodating specially their Manager i didn't know his name, a big thank you for him. They always maintain the cleanliness of the room. The food is delicious super like it and affordable.

It's a little bit far from stores or malls..

Double deluxe rooms are spacious.. rooms were neat and clean..staff is helpful. Will definitely visit this place in future.

Lighting is too dim and not very pleasing. Appreciate if you can brighten up hotel and the rolms

BF was good. The location though good, the lane had no street light, poor lighting. Walking back from the nearby Mall in late evening was scary.
