The only problem (and we really hope Bloom fixes it) is that check-in was traumatic because the staff was insisting on getting separate phone numbers for each guest (including our teenage son). We wanted to give only one number for the entire group as is usual with all other hotel check-ins since we try not to share our data indiscriminately. Anyway this was at 11pm at night after a long day of travel and took a while to resolve. After the intro to Bloom- the services and facilities was so incredibly good that it managed to make us reverse our first unfavourable impression, so well done!

I liked the fact that the property is very clean and well maintained.

I didn't like the fact that extremely loud music was playing in the banquet hall at / after 11 pm which was making very difficult for me to go to sleep. I find this completely unprofessional and extremely insensitive on behalf of the management to allow something like this.

The rooms were modern and sheets like new. The lobby area on each level with free drinks and snacks was nice touch Breakfast area was lovely and food tasty

We were on level 4 and level 5 was bar area which had loud music which could be heard at times but it did stop by midnight so not an issue really

Super clean professional and perfect for families or business travel to anywhere in ORR region in bangalore. Staff super cooperative. Super clean. Tech savvy. Great restaurant and bar at the place. Value for money totally. Highly recommend

Swimming pool is actually a large tub . Water bottles in rooms can be bigger and recyclable .

Location is very convenient for all who have work in the Marathahalli, Whitefield and nearby areas. Breakfast has a very good spread. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean.

Checkin process seemed a bit delayed or staff were not conversant with the process. Internet / Wifi was patchy. Approach into hotel is narrow

Really nice breakfast spread. Room was big, and the location is fantastic - right on the main road. Clean rooms and great staff. Unfortunately, couldn't spend too much time exploring the amenities.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft.

All facilities were available, staff was friendly buffet was economical and the bar was also available.

Th buffet door was hard to figure if it opened inwards or outwards. Had wifi issues but didn't tell front desk so its on me too

I recently stayed at the Hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the food was too good , i love love love the bloomrooms.

Everything was good especially the Complimentary snacks and drinks available in the longe Room was neat and clean
