Reception service is not proper. Room condition Clean but room service facility was not proper. cleaniness was maintained good very first day. But then room clean service never follow on request done. No one properly answered, while ask for anything. Anyway Rooms, bathroom were clean and quite nice, with all amenities. No toiletry given extra, except hand wash bottle and bubble bottle fixed in bathrrom. No extra water juge given. As per yoy ask, one water bootle per day given. extra matrecess are smaal and thin. One Towel, one hand towel given per room. No tea service except tea pot kiittle given with pouch.

Room cleanines was good. location is also better in marathahalli area, breakfast provide very good.

24/7 service , staff behaviour especially vidya Sagar the receptionist. Very good natured . Quality of room for this value is way beyond.

Room service and amenities available in the room can be improved. Had a broken electric jug. Room could be cleaned regularly.

We all colleagues enjoyed the sumptuous South Indian Breakfast for a perfect start of the day. The layout and the location were also soothing.

Things were planned in such a way that it is difficult to pin point some anamilities as such.

Calm and serene place with good facilities. The shower was tidy and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Everything is nearby like restaurants, hangout places. Staff was very polite and courteous.

Reastaurant is a big negative. It need to be improved. Only Chinese is available. One day I could manage Indian food for dinner. Breakfast is good but restriction in quantity is negative. Staff in reception should be taught to smile to customers.

The location is good and close to the private bus stops and Marathalli Kalamandir and the bridge. Good connectivity to the rest of the city,

The hotel was stingy and was asking for money for every small thing. Early check-in even by an hour is costly and has to be paid beforehand.
