Room is neat and clean.

while booking online, it could be better that fare to be display for early check-in and check-out. i was asked through message, but no response quickly. after i reached bit early , the receptionist didnt say anything when i ask for early checkin. i paid too much extra far (1000 bugs) .. i completely not agree with that. but i dont have option . better have feature like express check-in and express check-out

Good to the expectation. Nice management.

The non ac room at the top floor. Bad decision for selection of floor 😔. Should think for the non ac room in pragmatic way for better of the coustomer.

Cleanliness. The bedsheet was old. No cups/glasses or electric kettle available in the room previously. No existing tea/coffee pouches in the room.
