Breakfast was great! The location was also good, but the only problem is that it is almost impossible to get cabs and autos from there, and if you try for autos, they will charge exorbitant amounts for even short distances. Be prepared to start finding a cab at least 1 hour in advance of your planned travel time in the mornings.

Room Service was extremely poor. Every time I called room service for lunch, they said the kitchen was closed, but when I asked the same at the reception, they quickly sent in within 10 mins. It seemed like room service was biased or something. Even providing basic cutlery took them 1 hour, at just 8 PM in the evening. I had to call the reception to resolve things everytime.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, cleanliness maintained, prime location- eateries and bus stop all within 100 m walking distance.

There is a scope of improvement in breakfast. But it's manageable for now.

Rooms are neat and clean and property is well maintained. The best part is about the room which is very spacious. It's not box type like other hotel. It's has ample space to move around.

Food is not that great. Though they say as different menu each it's not upto the mark.

Everything was perfect. Manager was very good and knew how to manage his customers. Quality stay with lesser amount of rates.

There should be a permanent receptionist rather than making a cleaner sit. Where as manager handling the position of a receptionist. And call enquiries should be resolved in the first call itself instead of cleaner telling to wait for a call back frm d manager with no call backs.there should be more focus lights in the washroom and rooms

Manager name shanumukha belaguli was very polite good and also gave me a upgradation of room free of cost for customer satisfaction from executive to delux room. Such kind of managers will surely bring more business with such service... Good service.

Food quality is not good but it was good in Dec. New vendor has to improve the quality and taste of food.
