The rooms were clean and decent breakfast was provided too. No concerns on the stay at all. The front end staff during the check-in time (25th night was courteous and the cleaning staff was top notch

It was communicated to me earlier that extra bed costs 1000 rupees. However, on the check in day it was noted to be 750 + gst and then on the checkout day, it was noted as 1500 + gst per day which I felt to be very costly. I'd two small children and didn't want a 2nd room to keep them separately. However, it appears to me that the hotel wanted to treat them as separate by offering an extra bed at the cost of 1575/- per day. The check out day (27th) front end staff was not courteous unlike the other staff. They just casually said its a mistake from check-in time and extra bed price had increased. It didn't appear to be a professional way of handling to me.

The Sulit feels like just the perfect mid-budget business hotel. It's close to the KTPO, where a lot of events and conferences take place. The nearest metro station is about 500 metres away. The hotel is quite clean, the rooms are big with proper lighting, and the service is prompt. Especially liked the breakfast spread which had a lot of options, including a personal favourite, the fruit custard.

The pillows were a bit too large, and created a bit of stuff back over my stay of 5 nights.

The room is quite spacious and with all the modern amenities. All the decor is quite new and well maintained. There is no bad odor or stains in bedsheets. Bathroom was clean and all amenities were nicely provided. Breakfast is sumptuous as well. This is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

There is an Asian restaurant but would be good if they carry more Indian delicacies.

The hotel is in walking distance from the metro station, providing easy access to the downtown. The room was huge, much more than you would need. The wifi and breakfast were both alright.

Clean, quiet and professional - just how a hotel should be! The breakfast was sumptuous; the staff was great - you never got the feeling they're doing something in the hopes of a tip; the room was silent and the facilities were very clean. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, safe and comfortable for a solo female traveler but what makes such a good place to stay are the staff. Mr.Iranna and Mr.Ravi (Reception), who has been very accommodating and cooperative from the very start. Mr. Iranna, even upgraded my room to premium at no extra cost. My stay at this hotel was supposed to be for two nights since its pretty far away from the center, but ended up extending and staying for my entire trip of 12 days. Mr.Rajesh and Mr.Pavan (housekeeping) has been really helpful. Hygiene and cleanliness up to the mark. Mr. Sudip Das, from the breakfast always keen to help. Malls (Nexus and Phoenix) is 10 mins away, Airport 35km, Indira Nagar 15km, MG Road 17km. Breakfast buffet was just average with South Indian cuisine mainly. Gym facility was just basic. Definitely exceeded my expectations with the hospitality and their humbleness. High Quality service. The staff went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant at the ground floor - SASHAY is just amazing. Sushi menu is a must try. The servers Mr. Paul and Mr. Vicky has been exceptional. Ms Sushmita is very delightful and cheerful.

Gym facility

This is an 3 month old property and cannot get better. Amazing and comfortable rooms. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Bharat helped me a lot with everything. The only thing missing is the hotels own kitchen for food. Right now they serve but has a dependency on the pub which operates in the GF of the same building. Everything else is as good as the pic shows which is unusual as pics of 99% listed property is enhanced. I will be pleasantly surprised if they are able to sustain the standard they have set in the property.

Not able to get tea other than the kettle one which is in the room itself

The room was well kept and clean. The room size was good. The restaurant is good. Staff was flexible to help with late check-in and early checkout. The hotel prices are super reasonable.

Well located in central Whitefield business centre area, metro stations are in walking distance. Rooms where especially well sized and comfy. Breakfast options were enough & had blended north and South Indian food. Also they have bar & restaurants serving brewery beers and nice food too

I love you hotel really comfortable for foreigners. As a first timer in Bengaluru was scared to stay in hotels. Very easy to find ola. Very clean hotel.

Wifi was real bad and the breakfast also. All breakfast foods are for Indian.
