Breakfast was quite good. The location of the hotel is very good considering the areas I had to travel to.

The wifi was terrible. I could not access any site. Stopped using it after day 1. The food options are quite limited for vegetarians. But the food was good.

Staff was very friendly and ensured a smooth check-in process. Especially, Ms. Kushi was customer-focused and helped me secure a comfortable room. Even the staff at the restaurant did their best to serve all customers very well

The rigidity in rentals and the absence of 24 hour check out / prorata rentals is a disappointment. Even after I had checked in almost three hours late, this grace period was not factored while calculating final amount during checkout, despite several polite requests from my end. Feel a bit let down by this.

The room was clean and the stuff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great full of various choice. Laundry service was prompt.

You need to take a one hour rickshaw trip to center. For us, location was good because we needed to be around Whitefield where the hotel is located however when we wanted to visit some places in the center it felt too long even with a veichle. One way trip to the center costs estimated 300 rupee.

1)The room arrangement and cabinets were apt and nice. 2)Housekeeping was amazing and it felt good to see the organized room after a tiring meeting day.

1)I stayed in room 020, the wooden floor seemed sticky a bit when walked barefoot 2)The phone and fridge not working. Suggestion: A person should accompany us in the room while checking in/entry and guide us about all the systems(AC/Fridge etc.) so then and there they will find out that some systems are not working. I forgot by 2.5k memory foam neck pillow in the hotel room. I have severe neck issues. The staff didn't check my room while checkout and inform me. Would love now if they send me the same at my Pune address BEE-Incorporations, Samarth Building, 1F, Shahunagar, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019

Behavior of Staff very Nice and polite- Leonard, Samsung, Joseph are very cooperative and helpful, Maintenance staff on 3rd floor is very good and prompt in providing services

Sofa sets and Carpet in Reception area should be more clean

Breakfast was good. Room was comfy for a single traveller. If you travelling for work and for 3-5 days good place
