I think pets shouldn't be charged. We are paying enough money for the stay. They should not be charged except for the food/other kind of services. And if charged, they should provide free food service to the pets if they claim to be pet friendly stays.

The breakfast buffet is put up on the ground floor near a nice fish pond. The food quality is good. Tried live option for dosa and it was as expected.

There was slight noise from outside AC Unit, which I reported to the staff, and they promised to take care. This will not stop me for trying again.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It was very comfortable. Food was safe, good and reasonably priced. Free breakfast was fresh and excellent .

-the door to the balcony could have a stronger locking system -the air-conditioning could be better it is too small for the room size -no ventilation in the bathroom

Strong value for money. I took the queen suite and it was HUGE. Food options were decent and they had a standard basic buffet for both breakfast and dinner, alongside room service a la carte. The hotel is adjacent to a main road but still inside enough to be quiet, so it was a peaceful stay the 2 nights I was there.

No toothbrush/paste provision in the bathroom, the a la carte took a bit of time. But these are minor things and I was otherwise satisfied.

Amazing customer service and support. Extremely courteous and polite staff. Will definitely be booking again.

Just wish the interiors would be more modern.
