Intermittent hours of the gym and the bedding not fresh and clean

I left my driving licence at reception desk last month and completely forgot about it and later when I visited the same place i found my DL missing in my wallet, I had small point of doubt that i could have missed collecting it during my last visit, when I told the same to staff. They were very patient and searched and found my DL. I appreciate the staff at reception desk. While check off i accidentally left my wallet in the pod I only realised after 3 hours. When I rushed back to essotto again staff at desk accompanied me to pod where I stayed and I found my wallet there and I am happy for it. Thanks 🙏 to all the people at reception desk keep it up 👍. Now a days I am a frequent visitor to this place.

I appreciate the overall facilities provided—they are very nice and comfortable.

However, I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention: The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned properly. Hot water was not available until 8 AM. I am unsure if the bed covers were changed before my check-in. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience further. Thank you for your attention and support.

Bathroom and toilet cleanness, some of them are damaged and no hot water for bath, no toilet paper hair dryer is damaged and not working some time they do not clean beds untill we complain

I took their PODs not room. It was decent and beds are comfort, best for men travelling alone at their own expense and wants just to wile away time at affordable cost. The drawback could be distance and Washrooms.

For PODs they've common washrooms and bathrooms. Both are not clean. Those needs to be addressed, poorly maintained and for bathroom there are only curtains!! So there are chances that someone may step-in while you're taking bath. Also they give their own attire which not every like to wear.

Overall good except hyegine of washrooms. They should use exhaust fans in washrooms and bath area so it can dry and take out body odour because lot of people use it.

I Have request to activate the TV on 24th Apr. but solution solved on 27th Apr. i was recommend to my office mate. they are vacate the room from MGM MARK and stay from 24th Apr to 27th Apr. i lost my reputation.

Room Service very worst. Receptionist very very worst to solve the issue and way of speech.

Location wise it's ease of connect. If you are coming for interview or similar purpose. You will love it. It's very budget friendly without privacy.

Lockers should be near to sleeping area.. Since it's closed premises. There is no validation near swimming pool which sometime smell a bit.

The staff, especially Sree. And the young man at the door. The evening lady with a beautiful smile. It’s an impressive facility. And I was v appreciative at how affordable it was.

Personally I like to have fresh outside air. Some open windows would be great. Or balconies or rooms with access to fresh air and direct sunlight. More ventilation in locker room and shower.
