The staff was amazing everyone the security guard , the cleaning staff and the guy sitting at the reception. All very nice . Only problem was the manager who was sitting in the room near lobby … pathetic need training. I mean I have never seen anyone so careless. The problem was the wifi connectivity which was very challenging as I was working from home for 2 weeks ( which was my entire stay there ) . But over everything except the the manager was very happy.

Food is just average. They provided oven, fridge, induction stove with basic utensils so we can cook ourselves. Provision store is very close. Kids play area is very close. Walking path is available. Surrounding is very quite and peace.

I didn't like Breakfast. They would provided a Tawa & iron box.

I like the location: it is located inside the newly built colony. A big mall is close. Lots of restaraunts around where you can come or order a delivery. The rooms are great. It is just 1BHK with big living room. There are two tables with computer armchairs suited for remote work. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Breakfast is served every morning. Buffete: wada, idli, dhal, sambar is available, plus fruits and toasts. Also, you can ask for a tea/cofee and eggs, omlete, dosa (it is free).

The location is a bit remote from Bengaluru center. Hopefully, the metro station is being built nearby so to connect Whitefiel area with the rest of the city.

room was good / neat and clean.. all staffs are good my check in was hassle free ( i checked in by almost 1:30 am) no noise pollution

toiletries were provided for a single person, whereas, we were two. but, we are okay with that, as we had everything of our own, as we are back from our abroad trip…. tv was there / kitchen items were there.. but, we didn’t used it, as we used the room just to take full rest , having a complete sleep and it served our need. we are literally tired due to our complete day of travel…. so the missed out items, didn’t bothered us… the breakfast was fair enough and staffs were kind enough too…. the shower wasn’t as good as the other taps, which the team can look into it. otherwise, I didn’t find any issues….

The location is great. Easy to access place, with a mall, and many places nearby. Lively locality for both work and leisure. Could not ask for more. Easy access to and from the airport. Good security details. Quick check in and check out. Fast room service. Prompt responsive staff.

The bathrooms could be a little cleaner, and a kitchen towel would be great, but i would not say it wasn't manageable. It was all very comfortable. The gym needs to be tweaked. Wobbly, not sturdy equipment Extra water bottles charged at double is a rip-off .

The staff are fantastic and very humble. Room are cleaned every day , towels and toiletries are enough supplies, bed sheet changed everyday.

The noise level. .these rooms need sound proof windows. At times local functions loud speakers are very annoying....

nice neighborhood, nice bar downstairs, with food. Fitness gym is quite nice, compared to the size of hotel.

be careful, you need to push a botton in the bedroom, to have HOT WATER. I spent some long time waiting for hot water in the shower, and finally gave up and asked reception.

The hospitality was too good they were able to accomodate the requests of early check in.

Nothing much of that sort. everything has been well organised and room cleaning was done almost everday.

The location was excellent- close to Tower B which is a business hub, and also at a walking distance from the Nexus shopping mall. The staff were courteous and attended to all our requests promptly

The breakfast could have had a better spread. The tolietries were not replaced every day.

Everything was easy n fast acces to room , apartment is well furnish all requirements are met . Bed is good 👍 got gr8 sleep 😴 .. Staff are also we'll mannered . Over all property excellent veiw .
