Modern amenities, polite and friendly staff, excellently sized, comfortable room. Close to other major hotels for business and conferences. WIFI was good. Breakfast buffet was a fantastic start to the day! Rooftop restaurant is a nice touch.

Clearly intended for domestic guests: No International card facility (ATM next door also doesn't accept foreign cards). There were small details missed by housekeeping as to the basic cleanliness of the room. 48 hours to receive laundry was disappointing. This hotel has a lot of potential, once it can solve these minor issues - the staff were excellent!

Good staff, very helpful and cooperative. I booked there room urgently and they gave me the room before time. I would stay there again if needed.

Restaurant food is of not good quality and pricy. Food option are very limited nearby. Little distance there are good restaurants.

Room cleaning people are very nice guys, and the food service guys and ladies are very nice too. Most Importantly Managers are professionals, humble and helpful.

Room was cozy and well sized. Had all basic amenities. They can provide may be an extra towel and face napkin and that would be great addition.

Breakfast was decent for given cost but could have more variety. Sometimes few basic items were missing like bread, butter, jam so that can be improved. Also Need some combo options for solo guests in restaurants as portion size was much more for single person and there used to be wastage of leftover food. Having some comb options for solo meals would be really appreciated.

Twin Room is a good size, comfortable beds.

Hot water is turned off In thr evening, wifi is not great.

I had to book 1 day extra to get early check in at 8 am and had to pay Rs1000 extra for a late checkout at 4 pm.

Some of the facility like basic hot water was not coming in evening. Altough they try to fix immediately but its bit of an issue for me.
