The 4 Points Sheraton is a lovely little hotel. Unpretentious, without any of the artificial trappings of a Spa or multiple restaurants......it evevates the basics to 5 star comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and well trained and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Overall a pleasurable stay and value for money.

The breakfast was awesome. Served with many variety of cuisines and delicious. The staff and chef were very cordial and received excellent hospitality The location is very convenient for my business needs

The breakfast buffet is very good with so many enticing options to choose from and to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with whatever is needed. I was with a group of friends and everyone was very content with their rooms. The hotel is on a very busy street but the rooms are quiet with no noisy street sounds infiltrating into them.

Brilliant location right in the heart of everything. Courteous and very efficient staff. Thoughtfully designed, authentically pleasing rooms and bathrooms. Excellent food. Prompt room service.

Beds are old and the mattresses are too soft leading to backache. AC is very old and does not cool efficiently. Quilt was too heavy and hot. Breakfast buffet was barely ok.

I like this hotel. The place is clean (well, perhaps the swimming pool could be a bit cleaner). I enjoyed the food, personal was very responsive, polite, and easy-reachable. Also we enjoyed a small but well-decorated bar.

I would gladly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a stay near Whitefield. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Service is quick and excellent. The hotel staff is very polite, humble and helpful.

Wi-Fi network is an unsecured open network, very outdated. There are many threats using unsecured WiFi such as a man-the-middle attack or malware. This could be improved. Unfortunate, cybersecurity is just as important as anything else!

Amazing value for money. Beautiful spacious rooms, all good quality and nice and clean. Staff is lovely, location is great if you need to stay in the Whitefield area. Just wish they had better wifi security, they put enough effort on security in other areas.

Wifi is typical unsecure hotel wifi, very poor and outdated solution, people need secure wifi, it's 2023, cyber security is very important!

Very good hotel. Location is perfect , good restaurant and very very nice people Despite some issue during stay, management was able to clear them out by listening and was very comprehensive

Little pricey but that comes with the brand. Buffet breakfast can't be delivered to the room on request even if that is added in the package. I couldn't have my breakfast as my meetings were happening at the same time. It would be a good addition if the rules can be modified.
