The penthouse room with private balcony open to the terrace was amazing. Even though the room is small it's cost and clean and enough for a couple. The staycation was good and it's a quiet location although in main Whitefield it's away from the noise.

The food was really bad. We ordered some prawns fry starter which was just average but costed around 900rs. Drinks were fine but for dinner we tried their mix fried rice it was the worst fried rice ever, it had no salt pepper or sauce or any flavour. The next morning we really looked forward to the buffet breakfast part of our package however we were disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Suites. The hospitality was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive everything was neat and clean. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great location too.

There were no EV charging points. As EV cars are emerging fast, I personally recommend to install DC fast charging ports in the property.

Overall nice! tranquil, clean and comfortable. Size and room features excellent Amenities are sparse, but always available if you call housekeeping Efficient front desk Although small, bathroom was clean and fresh Crisp linen, and comfy mattress and pillows

Food quality is still miserable/inconsistent, and that's why I continue to order from outside. There's a smart TV, but you cant connect to the WIFI network. Reception did tell me that they can do it for me, but I had to leave midway during the stay, so didn't bother Living area doesn't have a TV Balcony area is full of pigeon poo stains! although they have installed nets now, the area hasn't been cleaned properly.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. A special thank you to Banisha and Shreya for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout my visit. Their friendly demeanor and dedication truly made the experience more enjoyable and comfortable. Highly appreciated!

I stayed with my wife for four days in the last week of January in the hotel. Stay was comfortable.Service provided was very good. Ananta and Nityanand of FB were helping and caring. While appreciating the display of their smiling behavior and service extended to the guests, I wish them well.

The place is clean and beautiful. The room is spacious and clean with new furniture. The bathroom is fully equipped and clean. The air conditioning works well. The location is excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The dining area is well organized with a wide variety of food and very good taste.

The staff. They are always smiling and happy to help. Especially I should mention the Chef and his colleagues at the restaurant.

I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms had some smell, which was quite intense, and we could not figure out what it was. Probably damp, not sure, though

Good and clean rooms with friendly staff. Especially liked the Housekeeping manager Prakash and Anna who were super helpful and catered to my requirements.

In room dining took a long time and the breakfast buffet needs to improve with the variety.

The location is perfect if you wish to stay in Whitefield, pick a suite if you are staying with family and you really feel at home. The service of staff like Nithyanand and Divyashree , housekeeping staff like Mousumi needs appreciation.
