Location, ambience.

Noise due to on going construction activity inside the facility.

I was mainly taking this trip for swimming exercise. The property has excellent, not one, not two, but…3 swimming pools, including one water park, one hot, and one outdoor Olympic size!! Breakfast was superb and food was overall good. This is a resort at the center of a residential complex with big villas and sprawling lawns, gives you a feeling of America in Whitefield. Nearly 2km inside from the main entry point, you could actually take leisure walk through the township. Cutting it short, this place is a hidden gem!

Bathroom inside the room did not meet my expectations!! Room required maintenance. For eg., cloth iron was broken, inside bathroom also similar issues.

The property is pretty big with plenty of amenities like swimming pools including a heated one, a well equipped gym, spa, bar and restaurants. Rooms quite spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Beds very comfortable and we got a sound sleep. No noise in the room. Staff always courteous and attentive.

Some unwanted stuff like used plates, extra beds etc., were found left outside the rooms without clearance. The mini bar was empty and fridge did not have with any beverage. For a luxury resort like this, one would expect well stocked minibar and fridge. But these are minor irritants that could be improved.

Excellent property, with all the amenities as described - like gym, spa, tennis courts, badminton court, baskest ball court and the awesome swimming pools. There are so many pools for kids and grown ups, all so very well maintained and clean. All day swimming pool access was great and the after shower and locker rooms etc were very good. The food spread was great too. Overall experience was great.

Well it is Luxury stay and obvious it would give you a pocket pinch.

Well situated for our family. We were visiting our son in law’s family who lived 10 minutes away. The resort was in a quiet well kept gated neighborhood, lovely setting in a big sprawling city. The athletic facilities were excellent with lap pool, well equipped gym, basketball, tennis and badminton courts. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many food choices, veg, non veg, Indian, western. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive

Bathroom in 206 needs a new shower curtain and shower nozzle. Water gets all over floor during shower.

Everything about the resort was excellent. Great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Pools. Gym breakfast and lunch facilities were great. Staff were very engaging.even if not resort issues. That made it an even friendlier place to stay. Many t h anks

Have to pay for every facilities in the room like usage of mini bar and chips with 10times of its orignal price..should have come as complimentary. Food and drinks in resort resturant is very expensive. Best to order food from outside

We loved the ambience, accommodation, courteous staffs at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant, and other facilities.

The service at Old Tavern was not great, while it was only 10pm , the staff still insisted on last order time and the service was delayed, each of them busy with some other work.

The facilities, play area, recreation activities food is delicious. Swimming area and washroom are very well maintained.

The mattress was sinking. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The fan was making noise. AC COULD MOT BE ADJUSTED. Was feeling very hot and uncomfortable to sleep.
