Location, ambience.

Noise due to on going construction activity inside the facility.

I was mainly taking this trip for swimming exercise. The property has excellent, not one, not two, but…3 swimming pools, including one water park, one hot, and one outdoor Olympic size!! Breakfast was superb and food was overall good. This is a resort at the center of a residential complex with big villas and sprawling lawns, gives you a feeling of America in Whitefield. Nearly 2km inside from the main entry point, you could actually take leisure walk through the township. Cutting it short, this place is a hidden gem!

Bathroom inside the room did not meet my expectations!! Room required maintenance. For eg., cloth iron was broken, inside bathroom also similar issues.

The property is pretty big with plenty of amenities like swimming pools including a heated one, a well equipped gym, spa, bar and restaurants. Rooms quite spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Beds very comfortable and we got a sound sleep. No noise in the room. Staff always courteous and attentive.

Some unwanted stuff like used plates, extra beds etc., were found left outside the rooms without clearance. The mini bar was empty and fridge did not have with any beverage. For a luxury resort like this, one would expect well stocked minibar and fridge. But these are minor irritants that could be improved.

Excellent property, with all the amenities as described - like gym, spa, tennis courts, badminton court, baskest ball court and the awesome swimming pools. There are so many pools for kids and grown ups, all so very well maintained and clean. All day swimming pool access was great and the after shower and locker rooms etc were very good. The food spread was great too. Overall experience was great.

Well it is Luxury stay and obvious it would give you a pocket pinch.

Well situated for our family. We were visiting our son in law’s family who lived 10 minutes away. The resort was in a quiet well kept gated neighborhood, lovely setting in a big sprawling city. The athletic facilities were excellent with lap pool, well equipped gym, basketball, tennis and badminton courts. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many food choices, veg, non veg, Indian, western. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive

Bathroom in 206 needs a new shower curtain and shower nozzle. Water gets all over floor during shower.

Pleasent experience

Have to pay for every facilities in the room like usage of mini bar and chips with 10times of its orignal price..should have come as complimentary. Food and drinks in resort resturant is very expensive. Best to order food from outside

Everything was excellent

Canadian here for business with wife and a friend. Had an outstanding stay and experience. Was far beyond expectations, and there is so many reasons that I would suggest people staying. Recommended at the highest level. Ubered and taxied everywhere we went.

Lots of choices with breakfast. Excellent choices and taste. The front desk, housekeeping and all other staff members are polite, courteous and do their best to ensure guest comfort. The room is spacious, well maintained and clean.

Please provide ramps in addition to stairs. When leaving the room and carrying heavy luggage, it becomes difficult to carry them up the stairs.

The property is about 16 years old, but has aged very well. We stayed in a Club Room which was excellent. The furnishing and maintenance of the room is to 4* hotel standards. The bed linen was clean, the bathroom spotless with all the usual amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Our room featured a queen size bed - we expected a king sized bed for the price we paid. The facilities in the resort are very good: a lazy river pool, a bigger wading pool, a water slide, a temperature controlled (very small) indoor pool and a lap pool. The tennis courts were excellent. Overall, the facilities very good and enjoyable.

he badminton court is good as well - but the lighting is very poor. The billiard room was terrible with broken cue sticks. The taste and quality of food at the Resturant was average. The pub within the resort is lovely but absolutely dead - doesn't even play soft music! What could have been an enjoyable, cosy pub is absolutely boring. We walked away after one drink. Would have stayed for a lot more had there been some music.
