It was a good experience staying for palm rooms. The staff of the hotel were very good cooperative. Receptionist also good smile and do their job perfectly.. The housekeeping staff also good . service also provide best. Staying is family . friends happily stay it. Very safe and secure place.

Small 2bhk apartment type setup helps when travelling with family. Staff were polite and responsive to the requests. Location good w.r.t. what we wanted to do in Bangalore.

Breakfast was the same for the 4 days of stay, can help if some basic variety was brought in. Drinking water was chargeable - hotel doesn’t even provide 1ltr of drinking water even when travelling kids and elderly people. Covered parking available for 3 cars, rest of the guests with cars need to park outside where there are a number of street dogs.

Rooms are spacious and give a 1bhk feel completely and also the place is close of Brookfield mall. We have facility to park our vehicle also.

Breakfast, Bathrooms can be little more clean and also it’s quite small when compared to room size. Early check in denied.

Staff are good. Location is good but on on main road. In the rate the property was offered, is actually a very good preposition. All together good one in this rate.

I liked the Breakfast menu but there can be little variety in foods. That is the only observation I have.

Overall the experience was good.

Wash room need to be more clean. I did not get hot water in the night time.

Very good! people ! Very cooperative and helpful ! English speaking , most of the hotel gyes dont speak english and unable to help. But this is a very friendly people and hotel Very good room . Very specious room! All good !

The stay and comfort are so amazing. It's pretty spacious and clean. The breakfast options were also amazing. The point to highlight is the warm hospitality and friendly nature of the staff.

Before check in the room the hotel Owner don't check properly wither TV connection is there or not that is only i am not like it remaining every thing is fine.

Good spacious clean rooms. Affordable price. Good location.

The staff is not very professional. Towels were smelling and were not provided daily.
