Break fast was adequate- staff manning the service at the breakfast area seem a little annoyed at guests for even asking for an omelette or tea/coffee brought to the table. But that's fine since its self service , maybe the culture is that . One more thing is on Sunday (we requested a dry breakfast to whatever limited extent could be packed for us - they said yes after checking right up to the Restaurant manager and defined the time too as between 6-30 am to 6-45 am) but when we came to collect at 6.45 am , they said - not possible to do - and afterwards gave us some cut fruits in a box - when we were settling the bill and leaving- MY REQUEST IS THIS - IF BREAKFAST CANNOT BE PACKED AND CAN ONLY BE CONSUMED AT THE RESTAURANT- ITS A POLICY and IT JUST NEEDS TO BE CONVEYED. Our travel time was delayed by 1.5 hours - as we were driving back - and we could have left much much earlier but for this trust in the restaurants sense of guest commitment.But for these two aspects - the food at the restaurant was good , value for money .

Some clear policies and their implementation - we booked fro city view. and we got a plastered glass window - no view , and when we asked the reception -they said they will switch to another room as ap. but did nt bother.

My stay at the Altruist was an extremely smooth one. The staff are extremely polite and ever ready to help with anything. The room was clean when I landed and was cleaned daily. I would like to make a special mention of Ravi at the reception. I was late to return from work and missed my dinner. He ensured a tasty non-veg Bento box was delivered to my room. His gesture is greatly moved me and I really appreciated what he did for me. He made me feel so comfortable. Big thank you Ravi 🙂

The breakfast could improve and have a good balance between Indian and English, because for the English it mostly includes only bread 😐

I liked the food very much...it's excellent

I didn't like the as the staff didn't co-operate when I told them my flight has been postponed to 7pm and to allow me to check out till 4pm but they spoke about the policy etc and all and charges me 1300₹ extra which was not a pleasant experience. Only here i have faced this issue but other hotels they always supported me when there is a flight delay to stay atleast 4pm

I liked the entrance and the lobby a lot. The staff helped me to make an exception of my booking... I reduced a day but they did not charge me anything. That was kind as it was done from a 3rd party site. They cud have easily said NO and I wud have to pay...But KINDNESS exceeds everything. I Don't remember the name of the person at check-in who helped me but he was a Bengali from Kolkata and his Kindness won me over

The location was brilliant, and the front desk staff were exceptional, especially when under pressure; they always made time for you. I had a query, and despite it being very busy, Alisha, who was on the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my query was fully resolved. I appreciated the fact that the management was always available and willing to assist. The housekeeping service was also excellent, going above and beyond. With the presence of security, I felt safe at all times. The conference rooms available were adequate, secluded, and private, ensuring uninterrupted business conferences. This was an additional bonus. Additionally, the restaurant provided amazing food. Leaving will be bittersweet. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who works there. It has been an absolute pleasure staying at your hotel.

Good hotel to stay and a very good Punjabi restaurant in the ground floor.

Had trouble during invoicing for the official reimbursements. Though later it got resolved it happened for couple of times that I strongly recommend the hotel management to overhaul its billing software system. The kettle in the rooms are unclean. Probably missed out of oversight. Needs immediate check and cleanup

The staff were very good and treated me very well. I was offered an upgrade to the suite room. They maintained the room well. Provided response quickly. Food was good for the selected price range. Room orders were served quickly and fresh food.

They could replenish the toiletries which didn't happen and it could be improved. I had to ask for shaving blade and paste on 3rd day even though it was done. Its a minor thing as they gave it on my ask later.

I was traveling to Bangalore for a business purpose. I had a good stay at the Altruist hotel. The Breakfast was awesome every day. all areas were clean. Taxi services can be improved.

The location is good and the ambiance is soothing. On request you get house keeping, cleaning done. The swimming pool is nice. A password protected locker is available. There is a restaurant too, though I haven't tasted any.

The room is a little small. The refrigerator was not clean. The bathroom door was not getting locked. There are no south Indian channels on the TV. Every floor has a special theme. But the game zone doesn't have the equipment. The mini theatre, music room and others were not open.

staffs need to be trained well and know about how to attend a guest.
