The hotel staff were all extremely friendly. I would like to emphasize the restaurant staff, who always conjured up something excellent for breakfast and the evening buffet (optional). They also fulfilled special requests and were always very friendly. The non-local options at breakfast may not be enough for a European like me, but if you like the local dishes - then it's perfect. The room was very clean - there was just a bit a strange smell in the bathroom, but nothing unacceptable.

The hotel within a residential area and there is a main street nearby. For me as a non-local to cross that road was each time an adventure. But that is not an issue with the hotel, just good to know.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are truly amazing, and the rooms offer great value for the price. However, what truly sets this place apart is its cleanliness. Everything sparkled, and I felt like I was in a five-star resort. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Arpita, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Her warm demeanor made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Food

Tasty. Lots of freshly cooked food. My only criticism - I’d like the coffee to be hotter.

Black out blinds aren’t good enough at stopping the light. But I like rooms to be very dark - so maybe that’s just me. An old air vent (not the aircon unit) was suddenly activated in the middle of the night one night and was *very* noisy and rather smelly. It’s the only time that’s happened (and I’ve stayed a few times). Other than that - top marks. Staff are excellent. Chicoo (hotel dog) is the main star for me.

Bloom is cool, neat and a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with access to bottled water, juice, coffee and tea. I like the mustard yellow theme too!! The staff are very helpful. Infact we were moved from 1st floor to 3rd floor as it was noisy and our room was facing Rameshwaram cafe. The were courteous and obliged our request to move to another floor and room. They also have an onsite restaurant which is pretty handy for people to grab something to eat but you also have access to other restaurants within 2-3 mins walk.

Bathroom could have railing for senior citizen. Menu for breakfast and room service could be increased in options and selection. Bed mattress was shifting too much was afraid I'd fall

Great stay at Bloom Brookefield. Staff were helpful and the breakfast spread was just right. The Smart TV and hot showers were the highlight for me. The room and bathroom were clean and finally the comfortable bed = good night’s sleep!

our first impression was cleanliness’s! throughout our stay we were constant surprised by that. that made us book a room on the way back to B’lore again in Bloom. the staff is very friendly, communicative, in spotless ‘uniform’. an oasis in the midst of al the bustle and hustle of a city. Manchu, the security man we would to mention. We were by car which is unusual for a Westerner to drive our own. he guided us in the parking, helped us with our luggage and Boom’s first face the moment we arrived!

we were happy in general!!! suggestions: coffee could be better; a nice India coffee or a western expresso & cappuccino would be great to start breakfast. lights were very bright in the room, so a small footlight to put on while going to the toilet would be nice. their is one light combined with a noisy ventilator in the bathroom. a second light to switch on above the sink/mirror would be good/ or an extra switch to switch off the ventilator.

Right next To Rameshwaram and the main road, this hotel is in a good location. The room was spacious and comfortable, with limitless coffee and tea facility outside the room. Good shower.

Did not like that you have to pay for wifi and the hotel felt like a hostel. Not a big deal

Staff was polite and helpful. Place was clean and cozy.

The parantha in breakfast were solid like a papad on last day. I could not eat it completely. Not sure how parantha is cooked in Bangaluru but it is definitely not like that in Haryana.
