I recently stayed at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front office staff — Ekta, Indrajit , and Sasmita. They were not only warm and welcoming but also highly professional and efficient. Whether it was check-in, room requests, or local guidance, each of them handled everything with a smile and genuine care. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. A special mention also goes to Subhankar from the housekeeping team, whose dedication to cleanliness and comfort was clearly visible. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene and hospitality. Overall, a big thank you to Ekta, Indrajit, Sasmita, and Subhankar for making my experience so pleasant. Their hard work and hospitality are commendable, and I would gladly return or recommend the hotel because of such a wonderful team.

Good Location. Stayed in Premium Balcony room - Balcony face road side....not much to look at. All in room facilities were good and in working order. Very spacious bathroom.....much bigger than usual.

I asked the reception executive to Guide me to a nearby Pure Vegetarian restaurant and he said there was none nearby and that I should order from room service. This was a lie as there is a very good Pure Vegetarian restaurant named Shree Vishnu Palace just 2 minutes away across the main road. He should have shared the factual information and not misguided me.

Sarovar is well located with easy accessibility to uber etc. and walking distance from many companies. The common areas, rooms are all super clean. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet is in a room with a beautiful view and there is a decent variety of choice and it feels homecooked and comforting. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

I was initially apprehensive when I saw the images on Google, but when I landed there, to my pleasant surprise the hotel was very well maintained, very friendly and helpful staff , good food options. Shubhashish the FOM and Indrajeet was exceptionally great.

Location was near to BCBP , so i opted for this. Rates were reasonable. Great staffs and helpers. But there were metro work going on near by and you will hear too much noice during night time (not all nights) that may disturb your sleep. Not the fault of RBD. Morning breakfast was good with nice varieties. Evening dinner was great and they made what i asked for.

Extremely clean property, well behaved and courteous front office, housekeeping and cafeteria staff. In the front office Indrajit and Asib very very helpful. The staff at breakfast was great .

Good location as it's at walking distance to bagmane tech park. Good spacious rooms.

Only little disappointed because of food quality. Need really lot of improvement. Rest everything is good

Sasmita and her team were very cordial at check out. My laundry was nicely done.

Room geography was odd. The location is crowded— the hotel can't do much about it I understand. Now we are rooted.
