The staff are very nice and I feel very comfortable with their hospitality, the food also. This was my second time but one of staff remembered me since last time we had a nice picture. I am quite happy with this.

Some facilities are old, such as the bathroom door, the wall and closet. One time the bathroom door was broken and I fixed it by myself :))

The location was good, the property was well kept and had necessary facilities. The room size was OK. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly

The coordination of the staff at Reception was appalling. They made frequent mistakes and misguided me on two occasions. However, apologies were made but the negative impression has remained. The shower section in the bathroom must have at least one shelf to put our stuff.

Breakfast buffet was awesome with a lot of variety of Indian dishes plus other type of food if you didn't want to try Indian that day. All of them really tasteful. Rooms are great, super clean. Location is also great, really close to all IT offices.

This might be a little bit expensive, other similar hotels (not as close to IT park) are more affordable. It will depend on your budget.

Breakfast offerings and staff service was excellent. All food options were made available and considered as outstanding. The personnel clearly showed a strong sense of customer focus and awareness.

No issues or concerns. All expectations were met and exceeded.

Expensive compared to other options but work was paying, so hey. The karaoke and other entertainment is a bit incongruous. Food is delicious and varied and staff are very helpful. The room service menu is the same price as in the restaurant but more varied which is great. I had laundry done which was really well done.

The personnel and breakfast were great. Soecial thanks to Vijay, Najib and Amitesh for taking good care of us. The lady at the checkin was slso very nice. The rooms are really small and so if you feel claustrophobic it is not for you . All in all a pleasant stay but i would bot stay for more than 1 night . For a single person it might be ok .

Size of the room

Exceptional service, good location ( for Ecospace visitors ), nice neighborhood with Courtyard, so basically it’s same hotel, you use same bars, pool, restaurants

Ventilation(AC) works too loud

The hotel was great. Located very close to the Tech park. The food was exceptionally good! I didn't know Indian food before and the chef was very nice and prepared special dishes and recommended very good things!

Staff is really friendly and guest oriented

Reaching the hotel is difficult due to traffic but there is not much they can do about that

Super well located, very comfortable and great staff. So attentive and kind.

The room decor was not the best, there was a slight smell of damp on the first day and then a smell from the drain in the bathroom. Nothing major, but I would have loved a slightly more modern room.
