Novotel is based near a lot of tech parks, which makes a stay at this hotel for business purposes ideal. The free taxi service, is great especially in rush hour. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room is comfortable and feels like home for a week. I liked the breakfast, but also the a-la-cart poolside restaurant.

The minibar was only having water, so if you wanted to grab some drink, you either need to order roomservice or go to a restaurant. The Hotel itself is good, the location is great for a business trip, but the hotel is not close to Bangalore interesting places.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Different options were available for breakfast. Hospitality is world-class. Housekeeping is good. The staff (Duty Manager, Rumpa, Gayatri, Aadhil, Security) at the front desk and servers in the food court are very nice/helpful people. Wifi is good. A concierge is available.

Waffles and pancakes can be better :). The swimming pool is not warm for morning or evening dips. Not designed for long stays or someone who is not in IT (Business hotel). I stayed for 10 days and laundry became a challenge as it was not included + expensive. Certain policies like heating guest's leftover food from outside) don't exist. stricter policies than the HR policies in corporate lol.

Very nice hotel, walking distance from the Ecoworld. Rooms are comfortable, there is a nice pool and a small gym. The restaurant offers a variety of food and there is also a compliementary refreshment served in the evening from 6-8pm for all the guests (food and drinks) which is very nice if you dont fancy a formal dinner at the restaurant. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

An efficient business hotel....not very high on luxury....but well located and generally very efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze (they had an express check-out for me). Breakfast was exceptionally good! Staff was very friendly....all of them. Did not use the gym....but I am told it is open 24 hours.

The road outside is a major pain point. Getting in and out of the hotel takes time especially if you have to go ahead and do a U-turn. The wi-fi needs to be reconnected every few minutes/hours....and its a cumbersome sms-OTP based logging in which is painful.

service and staff always available to facilitate. food was great and diverse. service pretty quick. room was spacious, desk was great for work. sofa and bed super comfortable, shower was great too.

swimming pool clauses too early, would love to swim after work. fresh fruits at buffet breakfast were disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and are willing to fix any concern you have immediately, the location is great if this is a working trip, 5min walk to EcoSpace business parks, they had a great car service too.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great for me, there could have been a better selection, and it was quite pricey for what it was. The rooms were on the smaller side, not bad but for a 5star hotel i would have liked them to be a little bigger

The hotel is located close to the major offices in the area so if you are visiting one of those tech parks, this is an excellent location. The breakfast spread is huge, and very delicious. I especially liked the dessert selection. The hotel has a spacious swimming pool and a spa for relaxing in the evening.

Helpful and attentive staff, spacious rooms with comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, close proximity to business district, convenient to many good restaurants, well organized shuttle service.

The gym is a too small for the number of guests

The coffee could definitely be improved :). Perhaps hiring a barista and getting the right coffee machine would do the trick!

Good property with nice pool. Jacuzzi is there but was not switched on.

In room dining services missed basic items like sugar with tea, rayta with biryani. Should check these things before sending to the room.
