The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Even though the hotel was booked heavily, the room felt so much quieter. The staff is always welcoming and happy to help with the needs. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional, way better than the ones provided by the big chain hotel groups.Loka restaurant and staff were friendly and always on top to get items filled up quickly when they were running short. The menu is exceptional with fresh food and beverages. The reception and lounge is very appealing and always kept clean. Housekeeping staff is always readily available to help especially Kangan was very professional. Reception staff did an awesome job in accommodating our request for an extended stay and shared with us different feasible options we could choose from, which I haven't experienced from any other hotels before. This shows how much hotel management cares about their customer's experience in every way. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore who wants to explore JP Nagar/Jaya Nagar area. Thanks and hats off to all the staff and management.

Bathrooms need a little more cleaning on tiles, which could have been caused by the hard water.

As frequent travellers and hospitality professionals, we stay plentiful in 5 star hotels, but this was our first time staying at the Greenpark, on our first visit to Bengaluru. A bit of a dodgy arrival was immediately rectified by "Tahee" at the reception, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, as well as other FO staff. However, the restaurant staff could do with some additional training. The hotel has potential, but I would only stay there if one is adamant to explore South Bengaluru, otherwise the location is quite unimpressive, with nice large rooms unfortunately overlooking a slum. Overall, it wasn't bad at all, once inside the hotel.

Break fast as all right, nothing extraordinary. There could have been more options such as cereal selections, pancakes/waffles. I went for breakfast at 7.30 am and didnt see any of these. However, service was good and prompt. Had lunch with a guest. Again, the portions kept were modest, making you wonder whether there was more of it for later guests. The staff kept hovering and stirring the dishes periodically. Variety was again not much. Room service was prompt, but the Aloka salad that i ordered was not good. tasted very raw,poor seasoning and altogether not upto the mark. The reception staff who checked me in was super. She gave me an early check in without any fuss.

The stained bathroom floor tiles and the tired decor in the rooms and foyer were a bit depressing. The entrance from the main road is not familiar to any vehicle that uses a map. I was dropped of most times into the adjoining property and had to get in through the out gate.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Greenpark Hotel ,Bannerghatta Road ,Bangalore ,very strategically placed at the Vega City Mall junction with a lot of greenery inside and excellent service ,all the staff are very courteous,ever willing to help and smiling and same at the Restaurant as well which served some amazing food ,including mouthwatering Haleem. The ambience at the front lobby was excellent.The rooms were well appointed and the Housekeeping staff were always willing to help and also the operators were very prompt in answering and assisting.All in all a very satisfying experience.

The room views are a minus 1 point because on both sides it is not very desirable.Otherwise it’s 9/10

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Handy location for several activities in the city. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Vega city mall is right next door which is useful for families.

Nothing much but one recommendation is food varieties (for both breakfast and lunch) could’ve been more. Room is not completely soundproof as you may hear minimal noise from roads sometimes in the night. If these aren’t big issue for you I’d definitely recommend this place for you to enjoy your stay.

-Direct view of the slums (its kinda disturbing and sad actually) although it’s not the hotel’s fault. - Pool not heated so was too cold to swim during our 4-day stay - Restaurant service takes so long for non-buffet stuff. Cooking station or beverages needed to be ordered. Too many servers on a table they end up mixing up orders all the time. - A bit far from city center but not that bad.

The location, conveniently close to the IIM campus, offers exceptional value for money. The best part, however, is the staff, who strive to make every stay comfortable and memorable. We requested a surprise birthday celebration for my friend, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Special thanks to Jabir from security and the F&B team for their efforts in arranging a surprise birthday cake and delivering a wonderful, memorable experience.

The front desk staff could be more warm and empathetic.

The room was spacious and was very clean, overall property was very well maintained and spacious. Staff was courteous and overall service is very good. The food is very good and the presentation is great too.

The room didn't have a clothes cupboard, it was an open hanger style which I somehow didn't like. I like things to be organised and out of sight especially clothes in a room. Also they should add a table under the TV unit which can help in keeping things and utilise space.

Beautiful, well appointed rooms. Wood floors. Beautiful bathrooms. Spacious.

Difficult to adjust room temperature. Gym was somewhat incompletely set up: no spray to clean equipment before use, no hand sanitizer to use after using such equipment, hot rooms with temperature control that I was directed to use, which was not intuitive, staff that walked around not giving one privacy to exercise.

The rooms and the hotel is quite neatly designed with minimalist design.

This is a personal opinion. I felt very unpleasant smell in the lobby and lift. It doesn’t feel like welcoming into a star hotel with that smell. Have complained about it to the staff. Hope thy take action and introduce a good fragrance. Otherwise its a good hotel
