Had a very pleasant stay at the Greenpark Hotel ,Bannerghatta Road ,Bangalore ,very strategically placed at the Vega City Mall junction with a lot of greenery inside and excellent service ,all the staff are very courteous,ever willing to help and smiling and same at the Restaurant as well which served some amazing food ,including mouthwatering Haleem. The ambience at the front lobby was excellent.The rooms were well appointed and the Housekeeping staff were always willing to help and also the operators were very prompt in answering and assisting.All in all a very satisfying experience.

The room views are a minus 1 point because on both sides it is not very desirable.Otherwise it’s 9/10

-Direct view of the slums (its kinda disturbing and sad actually) although it’s not the hotel’s fault. - Pool not heated so was too cold to swim during our 4-day stay - Restaurant service takes so long for non-buffet stuff. Cooking station or beverages needed to be ordered. Too many servers on a table they end up mixing up orders all the time. - A bit far from city center but not that bad.

The location, conveniently close to the IIM campus, offers exceptional value for money. The best part, however, is the staff, who strive to make every stay comfortable and memorable. We requested a surprise birthday celebration for my friend, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Special thanks to Jabir from security and the F&B team for their efforts in arranging a surprise birthday cake and delivering a wonderful, memorable experience.

The front desk staff could be more warm and empathetic.

The room was spacious and was very clean, overall property was very well maintained and spacious. Staff was courteous and overall service is very good. The food is very good and the presentation is great too.

The room didn't have a clothes cupboard, it was an open hanger style which I somehow didn't like. I like things to be organised and out of sight especially clothes in a room. Also they should add a table under the TV unit which can help in keeping things and utilise space.

Difficult to adjust room temperature. Gym was somewhat incompletely set up: no spray to clean equipment before use, no hand sanitizer to use after using such equipment, hot rooms with temperature control that I was directed to use, which was not intuitive, staff that walked around not giving one privacy to exercise.

I had been to Greenpark before just for a weekend because our friends were staying there when they came to Bangalore for a trip. We really enjoyed our stay at that time.My birthday and anniversary were around recently and we decided to come and stay here in Greenpark. They decorated our room with balloons and cake was very tasty. They even made sweets for our anniversary. They made my birthday very special. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

As it is a new hotel, ambience and breakfast was good.

Hotel staff, room service is non responsive. Staff is not trained, they don't know how to handle the guest. I tried to call multiple times for room service and reception, but nobody answered. Before checking out informed about this matter, but they neglected.

Location, cleanliness and amenities

Provide a solution for water flowing from the washroom area into the room. There is no level difference and any spill from the washroom will enter the bedroom. There are no sufficient foot mats to dry your feet while leaving the washroom. Also limited storage wardrobe area.

Staff- very helpful, always warm and smiling. Special mention- Ms. Chagu, Mr. Narendra.

Hai dryer on demand. No cupboard, shelf in the rooms.

Everything about this property is exceptional we had a very convininet stay at this porperty and the satff are really good. We would stay again and we will recommend to others.

At the checkout there was a messup of the payment. Payments which were done did not appear on the folio. But the front office staff solved it. Maybe the staff are new to this area of operation.
