I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Bengaluru! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. A special shoutout to Divya, Mousumi, and Aaryan at the front desk — each of them was incredibly polite, helpful, and courteous, always going the extra mile to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. The housekeeping team deserves appreciation for maintaining spotless rooms and responding promptly to requests. I’d also like to commend the concierge staff, who were a huge help in guiding Uber drivers to the correct gate every single time — a thoughtful touch that made commuting hassle-free. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with a good variety of options to suit all palates. All in all, a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru and will definitely return on my next trip!

1.Reception staff , Mevin Lettcher ( guest relations executive) & Pasang were courteous , pleasant, helpful-approachable always 2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles 3.Location-Convenience and ease of staying near the conference venue- “Hilton Convention Centre” 4.Restaurants surround the hotel from fine dining to…1km by walk will find you your closest McDonalds or just across from the hotel , Dominoes 5. Breakfast spread though not typical for the Hilton group of hotels,the trainee chefs , Janpreet and the Anushree ( not sure of her name but she was in charge of the live French toast /waffles station, on two out of the four days that we were there for) forthcoming in giving us options , to taste some healthy petit fours or by whipping up delicious French toast 6.Bathroom and bedroom quite spacious to place luggage 7.Bedroom booked was for 2 individuals , with queen sized bed & a sofa bed - very comfortable 8. 24x7 hot water 9.Stayed in room 2312 - the view , non smoking and noise free

Pool and gym located in another building 2.The entry to the hotel is a bit congested ,as road work is going on ; so exploring by foot or hailing an Uber is also cumbersome 3.Normally the 5-star and 7-star hotels leaves complimentary notes or welcome gestures, items for their guests 4.There was limited variety of Continental breakfast ; Bakery items at breakfast time -found them to be stale

I recently had an exceptional experience at the hotel, largely thanks to Nitesh's outstanding service. Not only did he promptly address any concerns I had, but he also provided effective solutions that exceeded my expectations. Nitesh's professionalism and dedication made my stay incredibly enjoyable. Additionally, I must mention that the hotel itself was fantastic, with comfortable accommodations and a delightful atmosphere. The food was also a highlight – incredibly yummy and made with fresh ingredients. Overall, my experience was superb, thanks in large part to Nitesh's exemplary service and the hotel's overall excellence. Highly recommended!

Everything was extremely perfect, check in/out process was very smooth and fast, big thanks to Sumit and Divya for their great support during our stay. Also they have extended our checkout time till 4 PM which was very helpful due to our late flight, thanks to Mr. Abdul Mannan for his approval, its highly appreciated Big thanks to the F5 Restaurant team as well for their kindness and great service.

The property is very new and modern. Airport is only 1 hour away, which is a plus for Bengaluru. Manyanta Tech Park is a great place to take a stroll and has eat out options like McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts and Chaayos nearby. I liked the cleanliness of the property and the quick room service. The room was spacious enough for 3 people (we put one extra bed and were not charged extra for it). The TV at the room including the channel options was good as well. Other things we liked was the swimming pool and the breakfast and dinner buffer (albeit the options in the buffet were limited). Overall, a good place for a comfortable stay at a decent location in Bengaluru.

We were charged with a bill on Day 1 buffet dinner even though we had a half board booking; we did not obviously pay that but the staff should manage the bookings better. Booking.com messed up with the final price and did not include it in the booking receipt - we were rather shocked to see an amount of 4k extra as taxes were not mentioned clearly in the Booking.com receipt (this ain't hotel's fault though). The pool area is shared between Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, which may lead to crowding at times. The buffet tasted decent but the options were very limited (for e.g. no prawn dishes were available) - I've seen a much bigger spread at 5 star hotels. To add to that, there were small flies in the buffet which should be handled better.

Wonderful quiet location. Clean premises. Lavish restaurant and breakfast. Staff at this hotel do make the stay memorable. From the front desk Selina and Shivam, through to restaurant manager Ajay, chef Saroj, restaurant staff Subroth and room service staff John were all professional in their approach, very friendly and always had a smile. Staying at the Garden Inn, the customers are able to use the amenities across in the main Hilton next door including the pool, gym etc. The business park itself has other amenities and well planned roads, footpaths. Therefore customers can walk about within the large compound without feeling the buzz / traffic / noise of the city. Definitely found the place for our stay for future trips to Bangalore.

Access to city or airport via metro link. You have to rely on taxi. If the hotel could provide some sort of connection to the nearest metro station it would really help reduce the reliance on cars and eventually reduce traffic on the road.

The property is in it’s own business park with other buildings similar, own little slice of paradise. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were amazing, Mevin is very welcoming and good at his job.

Up around the pool area smelt really bad because it was so close to the smog but we didn’t even use the pool (which was beautiful).

The rooms were impeccably maintained, with no unpleasant odors, and everything felt very new. The facilities were also top-notch, contributing to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your dedication to maintaining such high standards. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!!
