Place was in a good condition Staff was extremely helpful and nice

Room service need to improve Order was never re-confirmed Couple of times my room bill was in a wrong room number And ordered some items was not delivered And when not available alternative was sent without asking me, which I don’t need

Room was comfortable and clean.

Location - horrible traffic due to road and metro construction is on going. Outside hotel is too dusty. Only one Resturant in the hotel which get closed after breakfast and opens only for lunch. You have to go out to have food between 11 to 12.30.

It was a memorable stay, courteous staff, well maintained and the cleanliness was top notch. Would definitely recommend it to everyone 💯

I would rate the quality of the food - 7/10, that was the only thing that disappointed me.

Breakfast was reasonably okay. Being a south india, i felt the south indian dishes were reasonably okay. White bread which was kept was a bit dry

i feel the breakfast needs some food especially north indian food without garlic. bread which was kept could have been a little more fresh. and there was only honey instead of mixed fruit jam

Very small drive way couldn’t enter in property due to small entrance have to take reverse to enter the property Guard should open entrance gate all the way no help to park check in

Breakfast and location both were good, its my second time stay here and it was a pleasent experience as you would expect from Radission brand.

Would be great if the roof top swimming pool is back in action, its been under renovation for a long time. Also it would be good if they can work on the food rates of in room dining

House keeping jjayalaxmi.was a gem cleaned well she respectful and went beyond her duties to.make sure we comfortable Front staff ladies were very helpful and they make a great team helped with luggage booking of cabs n made us comfortable

The location is excellent ,not very far from Airport.Breakfast was okay but property is 3.5 stars like with limited facilities.Only 1 restaurant operational ,2nd under renovation.Interiors of Lobby ,etc are very normal not like a 4 star hotel

Overall ambience is okay type , Interiors are not that premium for such a brand name

The location , and easy connectivity to office Manyata business park , although the central business district is about 7-8 KM , everything is available close by. dint have to travel much. connectivity i good by auto and taxi

few switches in the room weren't working , the rooms were not ready at arrival , although the staff did inform me about the delay. buffet lunch was not available , food was average . swimming pool was under renovation , expected to be ready in Oct 2022
