the restaurant staff were blank. The first day breakfast we got a hair in the egg, Same night we ordered dinner and half the things were not available. we got burnt spring rolls which they replaced and semi cooked rice. 2nd day breakfast we kepyt waiting for grilled potatoes which never came to us

Room service need to improve Order was never re-confirmed Couple of times my room bill was in a wrong room number And ordered some items was not delivered And when not available alternative was sent without asking me, which I don’t need

Location - horrible traffic due to road and metro construction is on going. Outside hotel is too dusty. Only one Resturant in the hotel which get closed after breakfast and opens only for lunch. You have to go out to have food between 11 to 12.30.

The location is excellent for my purpose. The staff is super attentive. People like Nivedita, Shashank and the door man, i think his name is Bashir, are attention to detail oriented.

The Wifi can be better. It kept getting dropped.

It was a memorable stay, courteous staff, well maintained and the cleanliness was top notch. Would definitely recommend it to everyone 💯

I would rate the quality of the food - 7/10, that was the only thing that disappointed me.

From the team i want to say a special thanks to Ms. Nivedita who has ensured that my stay is special. She has gone out of her way and i want to really thank her a lot. Made me feel special.

Breakfast was reasonably okay. Being a south india, i felt the south indian dishes were reasonably okay. White bread which was kept was a bit dry

i feel the breakfast needs some food especially north indian food without garlic. bread which was kept could have been a little more fresh. and there was only honey instead of mixed fruit jam

Very small drive way couldn’t enter in property due to small entrance have to take reverse to enter the property Guard should open entrance gate all the way no help to park check in

Breakfast and location both were good, its my second time stay here and it was a pleasent experience as you would expect from Radission brand.

Would be great if the roof top swimming pool is back in action, its been under renovation for a long time. Also it would be good if they can work on the food rates of in room dining
