The staff was absolutely fabulous! A special thanks to Ms. Komal — she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived until check-out, she showed genuine hospitality and made every effort to assist us with all our requests. The other team members were also very polite and supportive, which made our experience even better. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements: The TV and Wi-Fi were not working properly during our stay. We also faced some water issues, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from these concerns, everything else was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely consider coming back again

Front office staff's a excellent, Rinku, Swathy, other gentle man, all excellent service. Very very helpful. They know the work very well. interior and common lounge area for resident guest... felt its the place i like only. the gossip and housekeeping ladies excuses on smokes.

Location is more suitable for business travellers. Access to metro is so near. Good restaurant in the groundfloor for homely food. The staffs are so courteous & friendly.

Internet Experience in the room. It doesn't connect seamless, The TV doesn't have a set-top box, so ano access to regional channels. Youtube is the only entertainment.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A really great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The place is not far famous shopping areas and is close to hospitals such as Manipal and Aster CMI. The manager was very kind during our stay and very helpful. A very good place to stay for the value. Non veg restaurant in the hotel with good food.

Checking in was a smooth process. Non judgemental staff and family friendly place. As far as decor is considered, it was very well set-up. Rooms were spacious and had even small kettle with coffee and tea bags. Towels and shampoo was provided.

Toiletry kit would've been helpful. We had not carried paste etc, I'm sure had we asked they would have arranged but that's additional task.
