Overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff were cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and safe, making it an excellent choice for families.

I stayed at the hotel with a booking for three guests. While I noticed a 50% increase in the price for the third guest, the bedding provided for this guest did not meet the expected standard. I recommend to ensure that the quality of the accommodations aligns with the additional charges.

The hotel is clean and neat. Staff are very kind and supportive for 24 hours. It is very convenient to go to many places in Bengaluru. Breakfast is very delicious and tasty.

Good and prompt service

Stay was nice. There was no footwear available in bathroom, otherwise everything ok. Breakfast was good. Only I disappointed that they refused late check-out whichIrequested for 1 or 2 hours, but they allowed me to wait in the restaurant room for two hours. We checked in 10 hours late , (around 10.00 pm).

A good place to stay. The staff were super friendly and supportive. Parking is available but if the parking is full then the car has to be parked on the street.

I am not at all happy with 12'o clock check out/check in times. People coming from difference places would definitely land in Bangalore either early morning or little late but not after 9'o clock. If the check in time is 12'o clock, he or she has to wait till 12'o clock. This is stupidity. Check in/check out time should be 24 hours.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

Location is really convenient. Accessibilty was seamless there was no guidance required from front office as it has immaculate direction
