We loved everything The staff went above and beyond in every aspect to make our stay comfortable. Right from planning where to go for food , shopping etc. Namely Mr Alan, Chandrika. Poornima were very informative on shopping and inquiring to our needs. The rest if the team, Rohith, Kiran and Pulkit were very helpful too. There is absolutely no flaws in this Hotel Four Season. Breakfast was perfect.Food was plentiful and changed variety daily on our 3 nights there. Excellent , excellent and most excellent stay at Four Seasons The rooms are impeccable The facilities are good and the cleanliness is top notch.

The hotel room was spacious and luxurious with an incredible view. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options including Indian, Western and live cooking. I used the spa twice and had fantastic treatments with a therapist named Akoi. I ate beautiful food at the Far and East restaurant and had a wonderful cocktail at the rooftop bar Copitas from their menu which had signature “leaf” themed cocktails. I used the hotel car service to attend events and an airport transfer. The best part of the hotel were the staff, they were all so welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay, nothing was too much trouble.

My recent stay at the Four Seasons exceeded all expectations. Given the chaotic nature of the city, returning to the comfort of the hotel each day was a true delight. The bed was so incredibly comfortable that I found myself reluctant to wake up each morning. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive array of options. There were fresh dosas, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, and an egg station. The juices, coffee, and tea were all freshly made, adding to the overall excellence of the meal. The service provided by the staff was commendable, particularly a few individuals who made us feel exceptionally welcomed and pampered. Banu and another gentleman who served me outdoors on my last day (unfortunately, I couldn't remember his name) were especially noteworthy. Another fantastic feature was the complimentary laundry service offered every day, with a limit of four pieces of clothing. They washed everything so well and clean for me, which was a huge convenience. Additionally, Sara stood out as an exceptional staff member. She greeted me with a smile every day, inquiring about my day and eagerly offering suggestions whenever I asked. She ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay and coordinated my airport transfer seamlessly. Not to mention, I wanted a pen from the hotel, and she ran all the way to the storeroom to get a new one for me.

One area for improvement is the sauna at the gym. I was looking forward to using it, but unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work.

Everything has exceeded my expectations, I had the pleasure staying at Four Seasons hotel Bengaluru, from the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay. They helped me since I made the booking with my special request to arrange for new year celebration, special thanks to Mr. Gautam Shankar (Assistant Manager Public Relations and Marketing), thanks to Ms. Jacintha from the Lounge and thanks to Mr. Dhanu Shree from the reception and all staff as they were always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated and clean. The pool view is very beautiful, breakfast so delicious and diverse. The afternoon tea/coffee was amazing. The welcome sweet was really special. I stayed for new year celebration it was amazing and we saw the fireworks in the sky from the hotel it was really special.

The facilities, the staff - simply everything. We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was so attentive, and helped us in anyway possible. They went above and beyond our expectations and made our weekend wonderful. The breakfast buffet was huge, fresh and diverse. We enjoyed it every morning. The other restaurants and bar was great as well. The attention to details from the housekeeping team was amazing, they helped us with our outfits for a weeding, steamed and pressed it to perfection. Provided my husband with a wipe for his (dusty) laptop. This may be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. And this will absolutely be our first choice when coming back to Bangalore.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But if there should be anything with room for improvement, it should be the spa area. It was very quiet and empty all the time - but also way too pricey. We might have had a massage or a facial, if the prices had been reasonable. And it wasn’t possible to buy a bathing suit in my size (I had forgotten mine). Also the attention at the pool bar was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Understated elegance. Thoughtful amenities and predominantly courteous staff.

The checkout process was lengthy. More importantly, the staff on the counter wasn’t able to explain the reason for the delay or indicate how long the process would take. That was unpleasant and not expected. The location, during the infamous rain in Bengaluru, is a big liability if you have to make trips from the hotel . I missed reaching my intended destination twice thanks to the incredibly bad traffic which begins a few hundred metres outside the hotel.

The size of the room for 2 people was so good! The bathroom was delightful, great shower and loved the big window with a view! I loved the comfortable big bed...I was fighting a cold and needed good sleep.....and I got wonderful sleep. We had a corner room so it was especially big and comfortable. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! The service is always great!

I didn't like the coffee maker, It only makes a demitasse size cup of coffee, so pretty useless. We ordered coffee for 2 for the room every morning which was fine. We were fine with that, quick, good and easy.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the Four Seasons, made especially comfortable by the front office personnel we met on check-in, Ms. Chandrika. She ensured we were given every assistance required and even made certain she added on thoughtful touches throughout our stay there. Just one staff member taking the trouble to see how best to elevate a stay makes all the difference and we are very grateful to Chandrika for doing just that. That said, all the staff at the Four Seasons whom we met were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of cuisine options, and the restaurant manager was especially kind in helping make sure my elderly mother received what she asked for exactly as requested. Any errors were quickly corrected as well. All in room dining and housekeeping requests were easily communicated and followed up on by using the in room iPad app, making phone calls unnecessary. Room service staff were always cheerful and obliging and in room dining selections always exemplary in flavour. Our rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfort and elegance thought through in all aspects. We appreciated the late checkout and airport transfers that came with the reservation we made on Booking. com. From start to finish, the Four Seasons took very good care of us and this has been one of our favourite stays in Bangalore.

In room dining sometimes required us to have to repeat requests in terms of number of people being served. Breakfast can become very busy at certain times, requiring diners to wait longer than usual for requests to be seen to. Getting in and out of the area where the hotel is located can be quite the nightmare in terms of traffic congestion.

The staff is extremely helpful and flexible, very attentive service. They cater for all food intolerances and diet restrictions, the meals are super tasty and authentic, and the room is super comfortable, with a great view to the city. The beds are heavenly comfy, and the whole experience felt like being in a luxury villa.

There could have been a bit more ppl working at the pool bar, and the service was slightly slow - but still fully tolerable. Also at breakfast there were quite limited spaces to sit inside, and outside was very windy.

The people are what made our stay wonderful- from our welcome where Sarah- guest relations- immediately made us and our kids feel welcome and special (and continued to do so the whole time!), to Jacintha who was so incredibly warm, friendly and genuine while she served us in the cafe, to Sayan ordering us special dishes at breakfast each morning to ensure we tried all the delicious Indian dishes common for breakfast in India. This hotel is made up of staff eager to ensure your stay is beyond perfect! I’m sad I doing remember them all! What else is great? my kids loved the activities (they did with Sarah, such as pizza and mocktail making!); the pool is large, fresh and wonderful, the gym is modern and spacious, the breakfast is expansive, delicious with everything you can think of, cocktails at Copitas are even better than the view, the Far & East is delicious and an experience! The room service is wonderful. The cake and flowers to celebrate my husbands birthday an appreciated surprise. The most comfortable beds! My kids told me to make sure I review 4 seasons and leave 10/10- this brand now has customers for life!
