My recent stay at Treebo Galaxy Suites ,Mathikere was a surprisingly pleasant experience, especially considering the affordable price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any queries. The hotel's location was also quite convenient for exploring the area. While the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, a little more variety, perhaps including some egg options like an omelet, would have made it even better. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again for a budget-friendly trip.

If drinking water facilities, such as a water cooler, were available on every floor near the rooms, it would have made the stay even better.

Quite nicely located wrt several food joints and market nearby. In particular, the staff was very courteous to receive (security) when I arrived close to midnight. Another particular incident was that while in a rush to airport, I forgot to bring room key to the reception. The staff at reception desk as very kind and didn’t create any issue. This has become most important memorable point of stay in the property that I will recall while checking out in future.

The overall experience. The size of the room, cleanliness and complimentary breakfast.

1.Parking facility 2. Maintenance of small things in the room. Like the metal strip on the luggage rack come off partially. 3. Damage of walls near the sliding bathroom door. You can put a rubber beeding like it is done on the pillars in parking area in the Falls. 4. Only Half litre water bottles provided. Need to have atleast two one litre bottles for a full day's stay.

I stayed with my wife and daughter at Galaxy Suites for a night in a Superior Double Room. The hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. It had a functioning AC in each of the two rooms. Included with the reasonable room rent was a decent buffet breakfast spread. The hotel is a walkable distance from IISc. The staff was co-ordial and cooperative.

They do not have an on-site restaurant.

I booked the rooms pay later option, but Since I booked the room to till checked in, every day twice I got email that make a payment, make the payment, for me this was very disturbing

I reserved two deluxe rooms for my family and two children, requesting early check-in. Although the rooms were available, they charged an additional Rs. 1000 for each room.

How wonderful the staff was. Both the receptionist and security were both kind and helpful. The place is clean , well kept and secure. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
