Very friendly staff, particularly at the restaurant. They took care of everything. This is a budget hotel, which I chose because of its proximity to a place I needed to visit. Didn't have high expectations but was bowled over by the staff. It's a hidden gem. Has a fully functional gym, which was very useful.

The pool was a mess and was shut. Should have been specified at the time of booking. Front desk staff can do better. Had asked for a quiet room but got one overlooking the noisy main road. The area around the hotel isn't great but there are many small shops and establishments around, at a convenient distance.

Comfort Inn Insys hotel and room stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and the hotel had a very good breakfast buffet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The security at the hotel greeted us and helped with luggage at arrival and departure.

Fridge in the room was not working.

Hotel is neat and the reception and rooms are clean and spacious. We got the room at 12 pm. The food options are good and breakfast spread was very good.

Had to follow up on day one to get additional towel and water placed in room considering had two occupancy booked.

The hotel room was very big. It also has its own restaurants which is very convenient for foreign visitors however the choice of buffet might be limited. It is also very near to convenient store to get grocery.

The food at the rooftop bar could be quite expensive. the traffic in front of hotel was busy and can be noisy if your room is facing the road.

The breakfast Cuisine was Good. The cleanliness and so was the always smiling security guard. The lunch/dinner was a little off... could improve in the taste department. Service was courteous and prompt. Cleanliness of the hotel very good. The location is in a congested area of the city, they have Valet parking though. Will definitely go back. Also hope to get better prices next time around.

The hotel is a perfect stay in an industrial area like yeshawantpur. The rooms are cozy and ultra clean. The entire hotel is well managed and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was clean (I reduced the rating because of the cleanliness of the roof top restaurant). The check in and check out process was smooth. The hotel was helpful to organise alternate accommodation for our driver when Oyo cancelled the booking after we reached there and when we were not getting support from either Oyo or Booking.com. Breakfast was decent with a good spread. The bathroom was well organised.

They had an egg station but no scrambled eggs. Cleanliness of the roof top restaurant could have been better. Our welcome was quite discouraging in the sense we could not find anyone at the desk or at the gate. No welcome or namaste which we have got used to (I may be nitpicking a bit here).

We didnt like the services because when we called no one bothered to fullil the rquirement we asked - we asked to decorate the room for us the person who assited us said he will arrange but unfortuantely it was an utter disappinted we never got any response or was done Truly unahappy on this and we felt this rude and not trustworth to come back to you guys.

Only one thing hot water not comming all the time we have to call Reception and inform them about this and then hot water will come otherwise hotel is very clean staffs are very polite and service food is good value for money

This is a tighly managed small property. The rooms are spot on - HK is tidy and Front Office is prompt. The kitchen in simple - I just had b/fast but it was delicious. The Exec Chef was on duty @b/fast which was a wonder.
