The check-in process was seamless , and was warmly welcomed by the staff who made me feel right at home. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Great care had been taken to ensure pleasant stay of guest,and wake up call was given by 2.00 am. We can reach from Yesvantpura Metro railway station to hotel in less than 10 minutes walk. It is really worth for money. I have got a luxurious room at 50% cheaper & unbelievable price(refer attached photos)

I do not want to make any negative comments because I have really enjoyed my stay. We have to dine nearby hotels which are located on a walkable distance.

The luxury of the room that it provides is at its best. Personally I liked the cleanliness of the room which was just top notch. The washrooms, bedsheets, wardrobes all were neat and tidy along with a beautiful balcony. The staff were extremely helpful an polite which made the whole process very seamless.

Well we personally didn't face any issues. We had the a very good staying experience.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay . Staff is very courteous and understanding . As I had evening flight so had to depart around 1pm .So I requested them if I can stay till 1pm and they allowed with no extra charge. Staff Gisa Shukla did provide things I needed in room. Location is also calm for hassle free stay + very near to Yeshwantpur Junction so we get all emenities nearby.

They donot have their restaurant/cafe and don't serve milk/tea and breakfast as complimentary for such higher price. Because of which we had to make all arrangements for food

Excellent location if you need to use the Yeshwantpur railway station. Barely 400 metres from it- a short 5 min. walk! The area around seems safe enough if not too clean. Would prove far if needed to go to Bangalore city centre, though!

The rooms and corridors could be better lit. Would have helped if a proper full-fledged restaurant was on the premises.

The hotel was looking very much beautifully room size was very big and the price was very good the hotel staff are very friendly. All the staff are ready to help with any requirements especially the hotel manager was very kind person MR Mohammad Thanks Mohammad sir🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰

It's very good experience

Location is central and closer to IISc and malleswaram though it's near a crowded flower market. Easy connectivity

Room and bathroom were cleaned well before we checked in. A little slope in bathroom for water to drain faster will help.

Perfectly located, with easy access to all local transport. Huge room and toilet. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Toilet door lock broken. Wash basin cracked. And no shower curtain/ cubicle - which meant the entire bathroom got wet, after every use.

Location of Octave Royal Opera is nice and the staff is very cooperative. Especially Manager Mr Mohammed and Mr Gias Uddin are very cooperative and nice natured. Room was pretty clean and large ( it was family room). Overall experience is excellent.

My next stay will be at this place again

Very easy to check in. Good value for money. It's a very accessible location if your point of travel is Yesvantpur, like mine was. Air conditioning works very well and fresh towel was provided.

The floor hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and had a tiny bit of dirt and greasiness. The sheets weren't totally fresh, but definitely washed. No restaurant at the hotel was kind of a bummer.

The staff there are very helpful. Over all it was a comfortable stay
