Positives during the stay Overall, my time at the property was very well spent. There were no issues during the stay — everything ran smoothly. The food spread was excellent, offering a good variety and quality that we truly enjoyed.

Source of disappointment Unfortunately, my positive experience has been overshadowed by the billing issue. The room rent was overcharged, and when I raised and escalated the matter, there has been no clear commitment on the timeline for my refund. This lack of resolution is frustrating, especially after such a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Clean rooms and bath, nice helpful people, excellent food,

One of the staff (lady) was very rude. However, the mistake was from our side. During the family get-together (20 people), one child broke a small tumbler aquarium by mistake. I went and apologised and asked what can we do about it. This particular staff went on accusing and made a big scene in front of all the guests. Felt very uncomfortable. She could have shown some grace in handling the situation (I apologised at least 5 times and asked how can we rectify the mistake)

Prime location for a staycation within city limits. Being located next to Orion Mall is a great advantage as you have umpteen options to eat and drink. Plus if you want a leisure activity you can indulge in some retail therapy! Rooms were spacious and could accommodate an extra bed and leave room to move around. In fact, this is one of the largest rooms I have been in, within the city. Breakfast spread was more than decent with options for all.

The Location, room size, bed size, view, staff..I mean all of it was amazing. This is the only reason as to why Sherton is a default choice when I travel to Bangalore. Special thanks to Payal for packing our breakfast as we were cheking out too early

Room fitting sneed some upgrades and also if you are using s recycled water for flush, change the flush colours to brown maybe as it always looked dirty

This is my second stay in a month, and I have previously evaluated the hotel, but what I forgot to mention is the high-class and professional treatment of the hotel management staff with the guests and that smile that precedes any words, as everyone, without exception, strives to make your stay happy and comfortable, so thank you from the heart to everyone.

I think the hotel needs air fresheners as there is an unpleasant smell in the rooms and corridors.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from the staff during my stay. Firstly, I am grateful to our driver, Mr. Prakash Singh, who not only assisted us with our luggage but also ensured our journey was comfortable. The reception team, especially Mr. Ashish Basumatary and Karan, were incredibly helpful. They helped me find my lost jacket and patiently answered all my questions. In the restaurant, Neha and Mr. Gurmeet, the restaurant manager at Feast, provided outstanding service. Neha made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable, while Mr. Gurmeet helped us with dinner reservations. I must also commend the laundry and housekeeping team, Mr. Manoj and Sivappa, for taking great care of my room and belongings. Special thanks to Namita for giving me a wonderful spa and massage experience. I believe Sheraton should recognize and reward these employees for their outstanding work ethic. It's not easy to find such dedicated and helpful staff. Despite any challenges they might face, they always greeted us with a smile. The food was exceptional, blending Kenyan and Indian flavors, giving me a taste of home. I especially enjoyed the authentic chai. I am so impressed with the team and the hotel that I am already planning to return to India, God willing, just to experience their excellent service again. This trip was my first to India, and thanks to this team, it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience. To the staff: please continue your fantastic work. I sincerely pray that you will achieve incredible things in the future. Thank you for serving me so well. :)

I think the only thing I did not like was that under the bed it was very dusty so it should be cleaned. :)

Fantastic location. Accessing ubers, and auto was very easy. Amazing room, breakfast was exceptional. Staff were welcoming and provided excited llent service when I injured my hand. They were empathetic and offered immediate trentment. However, There was one staff member in the hotel who showed below 5 star service. Poor engagement with my wife and was unwelcoming. Did not show us to our seat for breakfast and made no eye contact and just waved us into the canteen hall. Nevertheless the rest of the staff were fantastic. A very friendly and bubbly door man who always puts a smile on our face.

Really magnificent hotel. Amazing attentive friendly helpful staff especially at the buffet breakfast and restaurant. Fantastic location. My room was beautiful with gorgeous views. Close to metro and new modern mall. Housekeeping staff were very very fast to attend and did perfect job.

Maybe provide better toilet paper.

We have stayed at a handful of the hotels in Bangalore, including big-chain ones, that are in the same price range as the Sheraton. hey have been nice, but I have in every case felt that the 5-star rating just wasn't truly applicable. Five stars means that when you arrive, you meet a level of professionalism and control that allows you to just relax, knowing that all will be taken care of. In all of the other hotels, the staff have all been very enthusiastic, but more the way a teenager is trying to impress their manager on their first job. Sheraton was different. The reception staff had precisely that calmness and control that I was looking for. I was serviced with that combination of British and East Asian precision that defines the sort of experience that a five-star hotel is supposed to offer. Also, the restaurant served the best food I have so far had in Bangalore. Indian food is known for its rich full-body flavours. But at the Sheraton, the kitchen is in complete control of their craft, and they can lighten things up. Dishes have a subtle, airy taste that shows that only that which was needed was added. Nothing more, but also absolutely nothing was missing. This is foodcraft at the highest level. As a final touch, when our kids got back from the pool, a special platter with some goodies was set out just for them with a hand-written note wishing them extra welcome. This is how you get loyal customers. 10 out of 10, I want to come back.

Bangalore simply is too cold, even in the hottest months, for outdoor pools refilled with cold bore well water. A pre-heated pool would have made me try to move in permanently.

Got woken up at 3 am in the morning by housekeeping staff who had been given the wrong number However, in the morning the housekeeping staff were phenomenal and couldn't do enough for me. Very, very apologetic and then provided me with free transport to my business appointments and return to the hotel and then onwards to the airport later on in the afternoon.
