Very warm and friendly staff. Thankyou especially to Rahul the Manager at the front desk who immediately resolved a small issue with my room and changed within 10 mins . Excellent service from both restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and an amazing selection. Just wow!! Loved the pool- just wasn't able to swim on Friday and Saturday evening as they had pool parties booked, so was slightly disappointed. Other than that great stay all round

Pool closed for private party all weekend in the evening.. was the time that I got back to the hotel after my working day and was looking forward to a swim after the heat of the day

Buffet Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner was exceptional with lots of options for my family, specially for my kid who likes simple, homely food. Food quality was excellent, serving cuisines from all over India. We got to try some cuisines from Karnataka that we had never tried before and loved them. Location of the hotel was best, a quite place near a very big forest in HSR although bang in middle of all places of interest. Room cleanliness is emaculate, housekeeping takes upmost care of every little thing. I thought staying in a hotel for more than a week, with a little one will be challenging, but Hilton took greatest care to make it comfortable for our stay. Huge thanks to the F&B, housekeeping, security, front office teams!

About the breakfast..they didn’t tell about the additional cost about water bottle..After consume the water,they told bottled water is payable,It’s not about the cost,but they have to inform prior.

Hospitality of all the staffs especially welcome receptionist Miss kirti, Mr. Bharat, and Mr. Syed and in restaurant section Mr. Kageshwar. Even other staffs were hospitable Their speed of attending to any of our needs be it in the room service or at the restaurant

The property needs lot of refurbishing especially the tubs were not working, kitchen sink and one of the bathroom sinks were always clogging

Breakfast is always excellent. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Special mention to the room supervisor who noticed I had ran out of moisturizing cream and provided a replacement by the time I had returned to the room that evening

The food is sooo good - I am putting on weight!

Hotel was very clean. Especially the behaviour of all staffs were very nice. We celebrated new year there. Overall our stay was great. But I would like to share one thing about their food rates. I have ordered lunch from the restaurant. But it was expensive

Lack of information and gap in communication between staff. There was an offer that was displayed for the pub 360 at the reception. The pub staff refused of the offer and was not aware. I asked to keep the bill ready for check out but when I came down it was not ready and unnecessary questions delayed my checkout due to which the cab that I had booked left and it was a hustle to find another cab.

All the staff ( at reception, security, dinner, in room service and at the spa) are all exceptionally professional and helpful. The housekeeper - Joy is just the best! super courteous and outstanding work!

Believe in Hilton

It took ages to reach to the property to take a U turn. The Check-in experience right from the arrival was not great. Especially when with family and a young kid, the staff in the portico didn’t have a courtesy to help with the baggage from the cab. The Check-in experience was very formal , just for a sake of serving the customer. It was not a welcoming smile and a cordial feeling. At the time of check out, I had requested for assurance from the room for baggage. None turned up and had to do it on my own until the lobby. The hand shower is very bad in the room.
