It’s amazing, rooms are clean and fragrance. When you need housekeeping look Mr. Arul. He is doing a great job after all my travels from Pakistan, Mumbai to Bangalore. The staffs are friendly and most of them speaks English Ms Kavitha. Mr Bikash & Mr Sajib in F&B very friendly. I’m from Malaysia and 101% will come again with family tour.

The manager Veeresh needs customer service experience training! He is sucks! Not friendly and don’t even greet customers and not helpful when I personally ask him directions. If he is working for me, I will sack him.

Over all the stay was good, clean and comfortable room and property and very new. Front desk employees were very friendly and speak English, which made my stay easy. Glad to see water in glass bottles refilled everyday instead of plastic water bottles.

One employee contacted me on the number I had given at check in. I never gave my number to this person. Customer data security was poor enough to let this happen. Other than that, the place is very new so some services are not available yet (room service, lunch and dinner, and gym/fitness centre are not available yet.)

I enjoyed the quality of food and service at your restaurant. However, I felt the repeated reminders about breakfast charges were excessive. A single reminder or a bill on the table would be more pleasant and less intrusive. I hope this suggestion helps enhance the dining experience.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Food taste was very good with nominal price.

Room was clean but saw some cockroaches on table. No proper response or explanation about our booking like what are all included and what options available in breakfast buffet.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel when i visited bengaluru last week, Staff were very friendly and helpful, All Facilities provided were up to the mark ,Total value for money .
