Location is very convenient—easy access to Whitefield offices. I travelled for work. It's safe for solo travelers. If you're a director level and travelling alone for work. I highly recommend staying in mid of tech parks like Holiday Inn. Very nice, and I felt relaxed. Please add SPA, and then we will feel more relaxed. Charges are very affordable.

The bathroom is clean, but perhaps the water color was not nice to see the toilet water in a different color.

This boutique hotel is excellent for one travelling for work or vacation if they don't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel. I would leave for the office in the morning and return to the hotel around 6-7 pm to a clean room. The room is equipped with a very comfortable bed, a television and an electric kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and powdered milk. You will get both hot and cold water in the bathroom. Room service is on point and the self-laundry service is also very good.

The room is not equipped with a wardrobe which is perhaps my only concern. The rest of it is good enough. The window didn't open and the view from my room was just of a building.

I landed in Holiday Inn Express after 10 days of my Shirdi padayatra. Luckily the complimentary laundry was a blessing in disguise. All three female staff at reception were helpful.

I think the restaurant needs some improvement. My son got an insect in the sambar rice. Idli was sticky, no taste, coconut chutney was a little old on 28th June, the poha also tasted a little old.

This hotel offers good value for the price. It's important to note that it's designed for short business stays, resulting in smaller rooms and limited storage (no cupboards). However, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the staff were friendly and professional. Self-laundry and ironing facilities were also available

I have used this hote earlier l in Hyderabad. So I preferred again in Bangalore also. During Ramadan, for fasting the restaurant has provided food in the morning at 4'am for Sahar. This is a nice gesture and promotes communal harmony, which is very essential these days in our country. I recommend others also to use this facility.

Location is good, staff is helpful, breakfast is OK, restaurant has limited options, But for a solo person on a business trip, it's an ideal place. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, no balcony etc.

nearby areas are dirty and occupied by office going taxis, cars, bikes, buses, autos etc... not comfortable to walk on the street, inside campus very limited space for walk. Tiny room tiny bathroom no balcony.

Rooms were tidy and clean. Well managed space. Rooms are for a quick stay. The staff at the dining were quick to fix us a meal late night. The house keeping staff Manoj is a very upright and honest person. My wife lost her ear ring in the room. And Manoj carefully retrieved the same and kept it at the centre of the bed where we would notice on our return.

Space is small and yet well maintained. Cannot eat in the rooms. Toilets and bathroom are all compact yet comfortable to use. You can hear the toilet sounds in the room.

The cleanliness and the hospitality by the Staff. Very supportive and helpful. The Manager also extended additional help by providing directions and also sharing commutation options which is very difficult to find in the city.

The food quality can be much much better, atleast the breakfast which is included in the stay, can have better choices. If ordered for Room service, not value for money, can be improved. Food Overall Rating: 6/10

Very smooth check-in and check-out. The room is very clean and neat, has all the essentials, the bed is extremely comfortable! All facilities are in a good state (shower, WC, bedsheets, no insects). I saw a lot of people complain about the size of the room, which was surprising, because it is a normal size room and has everything one would need. The staff are very nice and efficient. The breakfast has nice options.

It was dark when we came at 9 pm and the. security did nt really approach and guide us to the reception , and so we went the wrong way ,looking for the reception and then drove back to go the other side after realising that the reception/ entrance was on the other side .we needed to back up the car after checking in and go around in reverse (no space to turn the car) to the car park. a tad confusing and tired souls after long drive came do without this . Better direction to the reception with lighting helps .and security being clued into the needs of the arriving vehicle.
