De Mandarin is a hidden gem that I'm glad I discovered. It's location very close to 80ft road in Sanjaynagar made it easy to walk down to most places. Additionally, the entire property was clean & very well maintained. While the building & passages are somewhat narrow, the rooms themselves are quite comfortable for 2 adults! Our room was comfortable & the table in the corner was helpful for taking work calls. Being on the 4th floor, there was a lot of sunlight too! The staff cleaned up the room daily & made sure it felt as good as new every day. Overall, a lovely property with great helpful staff! Will absolutely consider staying here again!

From the moment I arrived Mr. Aldrin and his team went above and beyond, surpassing all my expectations to make my stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. My room was extremely clean and comfortable with a balcony. The room was well equipped with A/C, a TV, hairdryer, safe and tea and coffee facilities. I had breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant where I enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning teamed with beautifully lightly spiced chai and freshly made juice. In the evening I had an Ayurvedic meal. The chefs and kitchen team are highly knowledgeable in their field and are exceptional in the kitchen. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me. With its attentive and courteous staff including the reception team, housekeeping, maintenance, waiters, chefs and kitchen team, back office and management - the De Mandarin hotel has rapidly become my number one choice for accommodation whenever I travel to the area, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Furthermore, the hotel’s prime location to Ramaiah Hospital made visiting the hospital extremely easy on foot. Less than a 10-minute walk.

breakfast was fresh..with lot of options..the staff at the breakfast area were pleasant and ready to assist. Rooms were clean, location was very near Ramaiah hospital, safe for women travellers. lots of restaurants and shops around.

The room size was a tad small, but it served the purpose.

Cleanliness and hygiene

The Chef was a bit Rude As my breakfast was included in the price I was having a meal as per my appetite. The chef asks me not to take a extra glass of Juice as we have less quantity. This was unacceptable and the chef tried to insult me in front of the other guests who were having breakfast. Kindly look up into the matter

Good, clean rooms and breakfast and excellent location. Every imaginable restaurant at walking distance. The breakfast is also really good.

Bathrooms are good but should have been cleaner. Room was a bit small.

The breakfast option is very limited. Also restaurant was not functioning, so getting food for family in afternoon and dinner is quite challenging.

The room rates are always expensive but the rooms r good and food is amazin and stay ans staff is also good

Rooms are always expensive it shows 2500 but when using booking.com they always get it back the original rate

we loved the property and had a very peaceful stay. only thing u have to keep in mind is the room is really small. I would definitely recommend to select this property

It’s location is excellent for work related to the college. Also rooms were very comfortable.

The ventilation of the toilets is a little inadequate.
