The staff was very polite and friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. They were extremely efficient too. Additional points for the sleek decor in the well-designed room. The neutral palette and the soft lighting were great.

Everything was wonderful. If possible, do consider running a small and simple cafe/ restaurant within the premises. It would be easier for guests to grab breakfast before heading out for the day.

Yeah arrenge the breakfast location to difficult to search make it as Ramaiah College 10th gate then it will b easy to find

The hotel was very clean and it was very safe.. The ambience was spectacular... Overall I had an amazing experience.. although food isn't provided the location is easily available to place orders from Swiggy.. and there are various restaurants and cafes close by if you take a walk around the locality..

I didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel..but that's alright due to the location..

Very close to Ramaiah University. Hotel is well managed. Clean and quiet. Pretty big rooms. No kitchen but many simple and good restaurants and shops nearby.

The wifi was not great. It was frequently slow and logging in was inefficient. The shower in my room had poor water pressure and thus was difficult to use. No safe in room. Room had a mini fridge but it only kept things slightly cold.

Budget friendly prices based room categories and interiors are good. Facilities were good as there's a QR code for placing any order or to avail room service.

In house restaurant would make it more convenient and service was delayed for any outside food. Service should be prompt for Swiggy/zomato order as no in house restaurant in the hotel. Service is slow.

The room was perfect. Nice clean and cozy. All amenities were provided (including water bottle and kettle, towels, bed linen). The staff and their services were great! Overall, my stay was quite comfortable.

The room (bathroom) freshner was not to my liking and it had a lingering fragrance. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had warm water (solar powered), so great! I liked the cleanliness.

Spacious room, everything in new condition. Places to eat in walking distance . Our room was next to the elevator, but we didn’t hear a thing. Very soft mattress. Good AC. Nice shower.

Everything was clean, but the floor was not cleaned with water, only dry swept. There were stains on the floor and dust. Because of this I give a 9 instead of 10.

They should provide food facilities or restaurant within hotel , lift was out of service , incase any old people comes and rooms are located at 3 rd floor means without lift it's difficult...they shd specific once booking is confirmed
