The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was really good. Coffee maker and water was replenished every day without asking which was convenient.

Housekeeping was inefficient. They kept dirty towels in the room and missed to keep sufficient number of towels in spite of reminding them. The room design with glass for the bathroom is terrible because at night it gets too bright if one person goes to toilet.

Value for money in terms of cleanliness of rooms and quality of the breakfast and liked the mall feature within the premises

The way to the airport was not very convenient....had to take a lot of small roads. Also the reception could be handled a little better with regards to parking our vehicle and entering the hotel as it can be confusing....maybe someone could be sent ahead of guest arrival and make the process more likeable

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful.

The rooms must be thoroughly cleaned, including the toilets. The carpet can become a bit musty at times due to the accumulation of dust and its worn appearance. The rooms were smaller than expected considering the prices that were being charged. The breakfast should offer a wider variety of options to cater to international guests. The property is quite far from the city center and hospitals, which led us to change hotels later on.

I am particularly impressed by their service, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the location is convenient, but a little far from the tech park. There is a mall attached to the hotel. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I am grateful for their amazing service.

MINOR ENCOUNTER WHERE WE LEFT SOME VALUABLES AND CASH BEHIND AND HOTEL FAIL TO CONTACT US, DESPITE HAVING OUR CONTACT DETAILS. WE RUSHED BACK ON DISCOVERY AND HAD TO HANDLE WITH THE HOUSEKEEPERS WHO DID NOT REPORT IT HAVING FOUND THOSE VALUABLES AND CASH AND ONLY OWED UP UPON FURTHER SCRUTINY.

We have stayed in this property before and highly recommend it if one needs a venue close to THE FARMHOUSE COLLECTIVE, wedding venue.

Breakfast was good and the hotel is next to a mall. Generally, the room cleanliness was quite good.

The balcony in the Junior suite was not clean. The sofa had dust stains. The lamp shades also had dust on them.

I had a wonderful time staying here everytime. My go to choose always. I feel like home staying always .a great hotel windful location.staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Especially aravind is very friendly and helpful understood wat we are looking for.overall had a great time.

Good South Indian and western breakfast. Location was excellent as it is part of a shopping mall. Room space is also adequate. I would like to revisit this place and recommend it to my friends.

Good and quality hotel. Nice and responsible staff. Really I'm staying on a holiday Inn express & suites Bengaluru old Madras road by IHG hotel.
