Value for money in terms of cleanliness of rooms and quality of the breakfast and liked the mall feature within the premises

The way to the airport was not very convenient....had to take a lot of small roads. Also the reception could be handled a little better with regards to parking our vehicle and entering the hotel as it can be confusing....maybe someone could be sent ahead of guest arrival and make the process more likeable

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful.

The rooms must be thoroughly cleaned, including the toilets. The carpet can become a bit musty at times due to the accumulation of dust and its worn appearance. The rooms were smaller than expected considering the prices that were being charged. The breakfast should offer a wider variety of options to cater to international guests. The property is quite far from the city center and hospitals, which led us to change hotels later on.

I am particularly impressed by their service, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the location is convenient, but a little far from the tech park. There is a mall attached to the hotel. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I am grateful for their amazing service.

Everything was great

Good South Indian and western breakfast. Location was excellent as it is part of a shopping mall. Room space is also adequate. I would like to revisit this place and recommend it to my friends.

We have stayed in this property before and highly recommend it if one needs a venue close to THE FARMHOUSE COLLECTIVE, wedding venue.

I had a wonderful time staying here everytime. My go to choose always. I feel like home staying always .a great hotel windful location.staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Especially aravind is very friendly and helpful understood wat we are looking for.overall had a great time.

I liked the room size, location and food at a very good price point. Rooms are very clean, well maintained. Also reception is very prompt on any request.

Nothing major. Only issue I had during early check in at 6 AM, where there was no direction to hotel reception or entrance and I was just hunting for entrance as security guard was also missing from ground floor.

Front office was very helpful in 2 - 3 issues that I wanted help with.

1. My room had drainage issue which I realised later, there was water accumulation and overflow after bath. 2. In room dining choices were limited, I ended up ordering same dinner for 2 days. The buffet is a better choice. 3. Staff overall should be a little more aware of a physically challenged person.

Only minor issues: Housekeeping could be better. They changed the four towels for only two clean ones twice. But this was solved after I informed the reception. Lunch and dinner were a special offer but we should have told the reception on forehand that we would like to make use of this offer. Afterwards we couldn't anymore. This was not clear to us in the confirmation we got from booking.com.

I liked the warm welcoming spirit I noticed at the check in from the reception staffs specially from mr. Navaneeth, Richin and Anand , and the F&B manager and the staff at the restaurant. I loved the ambiance and the decorations of the place, and the fact there is a mini mall next to it it makes a great difference.

The cleanliness of the place was not perfect, so it was not matching the standard of the decoration of the place. The towels need to be changed. The hotel needs fragrance diffusers all over the place and in the corridors specially. ATM machine is a must at the hotel considering the distance to the city. You need to provide slippers in the rooms.
