Breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive. Shilpa was very smart, anticipated your dietary needs and very quick in service. Other staff were good too. The staff at the Italian restaurant on premises were good too. Food was good there too. The rooms including A/C, electrical were all good.

The shower stall is poorly built re: drainage. Water does not drain & You will be standing in an inch of water while taking a shower. Reception desk staff did not offer alternatives and follow up on this problem even when their maintenance person said the problem was in construction. And offered an alternative on repeatedly asking them for a solution. Had this same problem during my last visit a couple of years ago. So, I suspect it is an issue in multiple rooms. If they correct this problem, the location & facility otherwise is excellent and this would be very highly desirable place.

The room was spacious, clean, well organised, and had modern technology. For instance, there was a unified system or panel to control curtains, lighting, etc.

The staff at the restaurants (some, not all) should be more polite and professional. One of the managers in their Italian restaurant (tall, young guy) was itching his crotch in between serving foods on table, without washing hands. There were mosquitoes in their restaurant, and when pointed out (and asked for a mosquito repellent), his behaviour was not the best. I do not generalise this because there were nice people, too.

After booking I found some negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However, it is an excellent hotel in a good location. The room was large and comfortable with a bath and walk in shower. When I had a problem with the tv, maintenance arrived immediately and sorted it out. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. I dined in both restaurants and the quality of food and service was very good, and good value. Fabulous selection at the complimentary breakfast. The pool area was spotless and tidy and a large pool. The hotel arranged a car and driver for me for a trip and all went smoothly. Both check in and check out was fuss free and rapid. All the staff, from reception, maintenance, restaurant servers and room cleaners were polite cheerful and made me feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot think of any improvements.

We enjoyed our stay; the room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet (on the back of the building), with a super-comfortable foam mattress; the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious; and the staff were very friendly and helpful. And we were impressed by the fitness room and spa facilities (even though we did not have time to take advantage of them).

We had a few nit-picks about the room, like the closet being awkward to access, a very noisy refrigerator (which we unplugged, as we didn't need it), no luggage stands, and somewhat sparse furnishings in the sitting room of the suite.

The breakfast had a array of various foods. Being from the US it was an adjustment, but with the help of the staff I was able to try some of the traditional dishes. I like the fact your menu catered to Westeners.

I don't have anything negative to say. Everything was nicely prepared.

Good service. The hotel staff helped me carry up my bottled mineral water which I ordered. They provide 4 complimentary bottles everyday which is generous. Good food at the hotel restaurants. Enjoyed it. Generally clean. Good location. Staff will help u check on ur uber drivers.

Slightly oldish. Also saw a tiny roach in the toilet (those young small ones) which I called the staff to help me catch. But otherwise clean, spacious room.

Excellent location close to the metro stop and to the shopping centres. The rooms are comfortable, big and have all the necessary facilities. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had some problems with the lights but it was fixed within 10 mins. Good restaurant, rich breakfast options.

There is no great view from the window due to the surroundings. The swimming pool is on the rooftop and looks better on the pictures.

Rooms are super clean and what a lavish interior they have .

Fast check in/out with preparation of all necessary documents for a business trip. Friendly staff.

For a European, there is a very limited breakfast menu, a complete absence of cheese and cold cuts. The pool water is very chlorinated, after 5 minutes my eyes began to hurt very much. The light in the room is controlled from a remote control near the bed, which was not mentioned during check in and which is not so easy to find the first time.
