Facilities were really good. Though the timing of falls and rain dance is very limited, it’s good to watch such a mega man made falls.

Food options were very limited and they can’t serve what’s there in the menu card. Sugar free is available in room but not in any restaurants. Given there are so many diabetic, they should provide this Everywhere. It’s cheap but will be very much appreciated. When someone paying so much for the stay, I hey we’re cribbing about a missing glass from the room, which we never bothered to look at and never seen that it existed in the room. Though they didn’t ask to pay for it, it was so embarrassing that they made me stay longer at check out and repeatedly asking if I know about the missing glass.

The room with view point to rock fountain was very good. Room was spacious and neatly maintained. Since it was weekend it was less crowded so got opportunity to access all facilities like indoor games, cycling, pool and walk around the property at night. It was fun to climb the fountain till the end point for some breath taking pictures. We stayed in 2nd floor and you can take your vehicle to 2nd floor parking lot close to your room. Rain dance was good. Overall good stay.

The breakfast was the worst part. All oily items and the staff struggled to refill the items. Need to really improve the breakfast spread and the service. Also the Service was slow when we ordered à la carte for lunch. There was no staff in the second floor for indoor games to provide us equipments. Bar has very less options. There were frequent power cuts so please avoid the same.

The resort had comfortable and spacious rooms. Good food in the two restaurants it has, one of them being a bar. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The swimming pool which had a waterfall was very scenic. Enjoyed spending the time in the water. We were given a tour of the property by Sunitha who took good care of us from the time we landed at the venue. Cycles were actually to use as well for riding within the property.

Hand towels were not given Unless asked for. The indoor games were in the need of a bit of maintenance and it was housed in a building without lift. Ok good younger people but to take older members up is tough.. view from our room was only of the parking lot

Had a wonderful time with friends and family at the MJ Avyanna resort. The whole property is very smartly and thoughtfully designed. Initially I had some doubts as I was going with my 85 year old father but happy to say that there was absolutely no problem whatsoever. All areas of the property were senior citizen friendly and the staff were super helpful. The resort has a cave theme with a magnificent waterfall which turns on twice every day. There are many amazing activities as well - a rain dance court, skateboarding, cycling, an indoor games arena with billiards, mini golf, TT etc, an outdoor games turf in the terrace with cricket pitch and football and so on. I also liked the cave themed bar which has many wonderful cave paintings.

The overall property was good The food quality and pricing was excellent. Man made waterfall is very attractive and place for fun.

Rooms are little segregated. One should book all rooms of same type, if they are going in a group. No evening entertainment like bon fire, live music etc. This could be incorporated for better crowd pulling.

The whole experience where the staff drove us to show where all the facilities are, the helpfulness of the security staff. Especially them, I want to take a moment to appreciate their efforts. All the indoor games were okay.. except billiards. We were not able to find the balls

Indoor games can improve. Also the AC was not working efficiently.

The overall experience of our stay in MJ Avyanna resort was phenomenal. Though the distance between the rooms and the restaurant is far away, the buggy was very helpful for the elders and made available within few minutes as and when needed. The main attraction is the artificial waterfalls! We enjoyed a lot during our stay and the resort is en excellent value for money proposition.

The place was good ,neat and tidy.The food was average.The ambience of the place is really good,a good getaway for a relaxing weekend,new property so not much of a crowd.The cave concept and the waterfall were amazing.The food in their restaurant was awesome and tasty.The interiors are dazzling and neatly maintained,kudos to the whole team.The property tour was impressive and were great in their hospitality.

The Rooms were overly priced and on top of it you have to pay extra for using all the amenities...,so gets a bit heavy on your pocket.The food menu needs to be looked into without repeating the dishes,not much of a choice for package-holders.Paid Al la carte was good in their separate bar and restaurant.

It is a lovely place to go with couple friends and family, the stay, the artificial scenery was very beautiful. I have enjoyed rain dance. A must visit buy make sure to go early with heavy traffic as it is abit far

Food could have been more better but it is not that bad as well. Overall great.

Cave concept - stayed in mud house based deluxe AC room. On The Rocks bar also had similar ambience CAVE based. Food was good and value for money. Waterfall , pool well maintained and picture perfect.

We were there on a weekday and not weekend. The man made water fall was not on and we had to specifically request for it to be put on and it was kept on only for us but for a few minutes only. Need to pay more to use all other activities in the resort and does not come with standard booking.
