As frequent travellers and hospitality professionals, we stay plentiful in 5 star establishments and such. We stayed at the Ramada for a couple of days to explore this part of Bengaluru. The location is excellent and very close to Indranagar, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the area - well connected to the main road. Mr. Samson (FO), the restaurant manager are extremely professional and kind, and incredibly helpful to go out of the way to help. The breakfast buffet is good and overall it was a decent stay for a short time period. We would like to extend our best wishes to Mr. Samson and his team.

As my title states, we were immediately overwhelmed by the absolute gargantuan amount of air freshener used throughout the hotel, especially inside the rooms. If you are a fellow asthmatic, please be mindful. Thankfully, Mr. Samson immediately rushed to change our room. The restaurant staff (except the manager) are a bit rude and seemingly students from a catering college that require extensive training, especially to be able to differentiate between guests and not paint everyone with the same brush. Hopefully our feedback helps to improve the services.

Stayed here for 4 days earlier this month. Pretty good stay. Location is on the main road, although taxis might stop on the opposite side of the hotel due to gps issues, you can call them and ask them to come round to your side. Breakfast was good with an excellent spread of dishes. Service was good too. Room was a decent sized, although the spray they use was not very pleasant, which I brought to their attention. All in all, very comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was okay

The attitude of the staff. We needed assistance with an otp for purchasing sim cards. Samson at reception made it impossible for us to obtain sim cards as he suggested another illegal option. Airtel advised us that the hotel customer relations should have assisted with this service. As soon as we left Bangalore, we were able to obtain sim cards. When we checked out, while waiting for Uber to fetch us, our WIFI access was cancelled when Samson saw us on the phone. We had an altercation after which he gave us access.

The check-in, check-out process was swift and seamless. House keeping staff did a great job to keep the room clean and tidy. Towels, water and linen replaced daily. The food was excellent with plenty of veg/ non-veg options during breakfast and dinner. Room service extremely prompt and met expectations. The hotel corridors were air- freshened and scented adding more to the pleasant stay.

This hotel is technically in Domlur but is just a 2-minute ride from 100ft Road, making it the best option if your contacts are mainly in the Indiranagar area. You can expect an excellent breakfast, with a Madurai Idly joint just outside for ad-hoc lunches/dinners. The staff is very helpful and you also get a newspaper every morning.

Hard to find a decent mini market nearby. This hotel is almost a decade old now and this is usually the time where an investment has to made to keep things looking fresh. I hope this is done soon because the floors are squeaking and bathrooms are starting to show their age. The rooms also don't have safety lockers, which is a must today.

Was surprised that many of the items like muesli were not kept chilled. Spread of the buffet was reasonable. Staff were courteous and prompt.

Coffee left a lot to be desired. Either guests should have access to a coffee making machine or there should staff at hand to make it fresh. Coffee was light, milky totally not befitting South India.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Room service menu was extensive. Food was high quality and service was prompt. I really appreciated the availability of streaming services (such as Netflix) in the room.

I experienced a few (temporary) power outages during my stay which were a little concerning. No coffee option in the room and no "plain" coffee available in the breakfast buffet. The only coffee available in the breakfast buffet was milk coffee.

The service is outstanding. Shuruti the duty manager was very helpful since I checked in late and also had issues paying as I lost my wise card but they accomodated with my method of payment. This hotel defines the level of professionalism and staff service from service persons to chefs to all. Nice and clean rooms, room service is on time. Basically if you are looking for a well serviced hotel plus affordability then you can choose Ramada. Very nice breakfast as well.

Everything was good

Lovely friendly and attentive staff. The wonderful dishes that the kitchen staff prepared were excellent. Comfortable bed.

Room needs a refresh as does the bathroom. Confusion from the front desk. We were told that breakfast would be complimentary but then were informed that it wasn’t. On checking out my friends breakfast was complimentary but mine wasn’t. All a bit strange. The duvet needs renewing as the quality is now poor.

The room was moderately sized but had every convenience one would need during a short trip. It was very clean and immaculately maintained. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning excellent. The bathroom was everything in right order and the hotel was very generous with the toiletries . Breakfast was excellent too.
