As a solo female traveler and scheduled to land at Bengaluru past midnight, I was looking for a fairly priced, safe and secure accommodation closer to the International airport and this was a perfect find. Even prior to my arrival, I was very impressed by how promptly my questions and concerns were addressed. A special shoutout to the Operations Manager Mr Sashi, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was very comfortable. Thank you and my very best wishes to you and your team, Sir 🙏🏼

Breakfast buffet was very tasty, although with limited selection, but perfect for us. We enjoyed the idli, sambar and other south Indian foods. Staff were very polite and attentive. We appreciated the manager Sasi Kumar arranging for their driver (Manju?) to take us, in one of the hotel’s new electric cars, all the way to the India Experience Music Museum (down in the city) in semi heavy traffic, and wait there while we toured the museum and had a cup of tea. Then he brought us back, stopping at Bangalore Castle on the way for a photo op. For this, he charged less than Uber price. Overall we were glad we stayed there — it was a great place to get over our jet lag before beginning other travels inside India. Also, easy access to/from the airport. We would stay there again if planning travel through Bengaluru.

We liked absolutely everything about this delightful, clean and very well run hotel - it is a perfect example of a superbly run hotel and one which other hotels both in India and all around the world would do well to emulate. The Manager, Mr Sasi Kumar was fantastic - so professional and helpful. He runs an excellent hotel and a superb team of friendly, professional staff. The moment we checked in, we knew we were in safe hands. The room was exceptionally comfortable and possibly the best hotel we have stayed in during our 3 months touring India. Everything spotlessly clean, in bedroom, dining area and all public places. Food was beautiful, very fresh and well prepared and we enjoyed every mouthful of both dinner and breakfast. NB:we had a 6.30am early start and not only was Mr Sasi Kumar there to see us off and make sure our departure went smoothly, he also got the kitchen staff to prepare us a lovely takeaway breakfast box of items of our choosing. The perfect hotel manager running a superb hotel, in very close proximity to the airport. Hotel can arrange their own immaculate taxi service for transport to/from the airport for a very reasonable fee and this again was superb.

Absolutely nothing- it was all 100 percent excellent.

Reception staff, management, Room service, restaurant staff.. everybody is so welcoming and are doing their best to create a comfortable and happy stay. They have extended the checkout time when requested. They have a nice and calm little lounge. Room service was quick. The restaurant has the right ambiance and decently delicious food. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good. They arranged Airport pickup and drop on request.

Since this is for the guests specific for airport transits it would be very helpful if the check-in, checkout times are a bit more flexible. But I cannot deny the challenge they would have to maintain the rooms.

At about 5K it's great value for money. Just short ride from the airport (and the hotel offers airport transfer), it's a new business hotel that has European standards. Outside there are restaurants, and a short uber drive to a shopping centre. Need a night beteen connecting flights? That's your place. Highly recommend.

As in business hotels, room is a bit small. The airport transfer was a bit overpriced.

Pros: 1. Good location, close to the airport 2. New hotel. Very clean. Good decor. 3. All basic amenities available 4. In house restaurant with good food 5. Courteous staff

Cons: 1. Slightly smaller size rooms 2. Entrance road needs repair PS: Upfront payment for hotel stay is required when we check in. I did not mind it. Someone unaware of this will mind (and I witnessed that).

Exceptional, professional & kind staff led by Sasi. Everyone seems happy & proud to be working there. This is a new place with very comfortable, nicely appointed & quiet rooms. It seems eventually this will be a small resort hotel. Breakfast is excellent with good choices & excellent coffee & chai offered. Hotel has their own car to drive to & from airport. Highly recommended.

Soooo clean, so polite and so helpful

Taxi arranged by hotel to take us to city.we requested an English speaking driver to have us for all day. He was not friendly, didn't understand us and rather rude.not knowledgeable at all and over charged us. He kept burping loud and this was most unpleasant. Never known a tour guide to be do lacking in energy and hate his job so much

The room was immaculate, modern and comfortable - nothing to fault. Special shout out to the FO manager Sasi Kumar who was very accommodating to arrange my early check in and early morning 1am check out, plus making sure my included breakfast is packed as a takeaway bag. Other staff were equally courteous which makes for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has 24-hour room service at affordable prices which helps a lot, so there’s no worry as to where to eat. Highly recommended!

We used this hotel for the night whilst waiting for a connecting flight - it was 10 mins from the airport. We were really impressed with all the staff who were very helpful and sorted taxi's. We were also incredibly impressed with the hotel rooms which were really smart and clean. Really nice bedding and comfortable bed. Food in the restaurant was also very good. Would thoroughly recommend.
