The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. food items are not up to mark, I thought that, btm areas is for north Indian styles food are famous. BTM Area is not good place to shop for particular items. we have to travel far away from the hotel for pubs and bar if we want hang over with friends.

After conducting research, I selected (Q Rooms). I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

apart from the hotel. area is not so good. because i didnt like the way auto drivers they speak with a harsh behaviour. And there is no good place to sit and have a snacks or lunch. btm area is so horriable. i wont come to this area again.

the guy who is sitting in the reception. His name is Durga Prasad. the way he approach every single customer including me, giving respect and talking friendly Manner. i felt very happy with that guy. and the room was quite good and spacious that he provided to me a room and walkable distance to the hotels.

outside foods are very Horrible and Unhygienic. malls are near by only. I thought BTM area is kind of shopping area. but there is no single shopping complex at all. this is the worst part which i have faced in that area.

Stay was very nice and rooms were Sparkling clean ,washrooms were with all needful items, kettle available,seperate Geyser for all rooms, environment of hotel attracts people everything are very close by to all our needs, staff are very attentive all time they make our stay very comfortable, I recommends to try this q rooms for your comfortable stay

I had chosen this hotel as it was close to my meeting venue. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. I checked in at 0930 am and checked out the next day at 0600 am.

The rooms are small; bathrooms are outdated and the shower is name sake. May be, thats the reason of keeping a huge bucket in bathroom. No shower curtains; so the bathroom is always wet.

The whole check-in process is a very big nightmare. My family (all elderly people) arrived after travelling in train for more than 15 hours at 5am. Even though i said, i would manage all the paperwork and let the elderly people go an rest in the rooms, the staff kept saying they are following protocols and rules of OYO i.e. not to give keys until all the payments and paper work is complete. This whole paperwork process took more than half an hour which created a lot of frustration. OYO needs to understand that if they just follow rules without any empathy to customer situation, it would not take long to become extinct in this customer satisfaction industry.

Hotel stay is just wowww and it is just a pocket friendly hotel in one of the best happening area BTM the hotel manager Mohammad is so trustworthy and nice guy having such wonderful behavior i am regular customer of this hotel due to him

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were amazing and the room was pristine. The whole place has a cozy, welcoming feel. Rooms size is a bit small but very comfortable. Staff Mohammed helped us a lot when i have problem with lift he always opened floor door for us
