It was like coming home after the end of each day. My trip required me to be at the hospital all day and it was a good feeling to come back to the hotel for some rest.

Towels and linens need to be replaced. They were clean but overused.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The place was clean, comfortable and was pretty much everything you need to have a good time.

The hotel should have its own restaurant/food menu. It was 3rd party. But yeah other than this it was amazing. Would highly recommend anyone!

Breakfast, not in time. Looks like renovation work is hampering breakfast service. This should hopefully improve. It was mentioned sound-proof. Not really the case.

Peaceful area. The standard rooms are small but clean and perfect. The reception staff are so cooperative. I should mention Kailas and Greesha, who were so helpful during my stay.

Should take care of linen. Toiletries on request are disgusting and need to be asked for. The TV does not have a set-top box. Please take care of it.

It was clean at the surface level, the colors in the room were subtle, and the room had a small balcony that opened into greenery.

The lock of the slider of the room balcony was non functional and so the room was never completely locked, and hence the discomfort while sleeping. The property did not have proper service. They don’t serve food, and when you call the reception for any house keeping work, they may or may not send someone on time. Additionally, there was no service for laundry on property and the person security guard got charged hefty amount for washing and ironing cotton shirt(150 Rs for one shirt). The tea kettle already had water and it had not been cleaned. Some of pillow covers were torn. Overall, it looked cleaned from outside but there was a lack of quality maintenance if you look closely.

We had a pleasant stay at Olive,location and cleanliness also good. TV in the room was not working reception staff Kailas give us a free upgrade, he was so helpful. Overall had a good stay.

I liked the location and the stay very much.The staff were so cordial and helpful.I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in a very good location.

There was no cable Tv connection in the room.

Room was excellent with clean environment and balcony. I enjoyed my stay. Staffs are completely polite and friendly. All places are easily accessible from this property. Just had peaceful and Memorable stay:) Loved it.Thank you Olive BTM for the wonderful service .

Very comfortable stay at a good price. Friendly, responsive and professional staff who made us feel welcome. Nice neighborhood and access to parks etc. Fast wifi. Overall great value for money.

Bed was not stable enough which created some back issues on day 2. The tv stopped working mid stay. Our used plates left outside the room were not removed for long periods creating a dirty atmosphere in the corridor.
