The room was fine and the air conditioner worked well. The room was comfortable and quite economical for a city like Bengaluru.

The TV didn't work as there was some construction going on in the adjacent property. The bathroom had tiny cockroaches which when I complained, an employee sprayed an insecticide. This reduced them but some still remained. There was no room service, so one had to order food from Zomato or visit the restaurants in the neighborhood.

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money. Had breakfast delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous. They called to ask what I would like and delivered beyond expectations."

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

Good spacious rooms at a reasonable price at prime location. Restaurant is open 24x7 and food is great too. Early check-in was offered.

Washroom was not cleaned properly but after complaining once they provide very good service.

Stay in this hotel you won’t regret. The food was good. Rooms were clean and people were sweet.

Convenience was bit tricky but once reached everything was worth the struggle as hotel was very good.

The staff was welcoming. Service was promp. Good experience for budget. Food was excellent. Hygiene upto the mark.

AC was not working but very instantly they took the action to solve the problem.
