I was initially skeptical about paying the full amount online, so I decided to visit the place first and make the payment on arrival. To my surprise, the rooms were excellent - far better than what you usually find in this area for the same price. The location is calm and peaceful, yet just a short walk from main spots like Madiwala, St. John's, and the bus stops. When my plans changed, I didn't even think twice before extending my stay here. Overall, a fantastic experience - highly recommended!

Though it was a short stay it served our purpose, we liked the whole experience and we did not find any hassle despite travelling with a big group (10). We did get a chance to interact with the property owner Mr.Steven, he was a wonderful gentleman

Nothing in Particular, the check in time could be a bit early as most of travel and arrive at Bangalore early hours, otherwise we are forced to take a commute which brings us in to blore at around 11 AM

The Hotel is in a very good location, just off the main Hosur road but in a quiet corner, with trees and greenery all around. Staff is always smiling and eager to help. Restaurant downstairs serves exceptional food. Rooms are a bit small but well appointed and comfortable. Parking available with security.

Room size given wrong in details, It's misleading. Requesting the hotel owner to look into this and mention the correct room size. The staff at reception said that I was given the room which I booked, he said its deluxe king compact. It was not mentioned anywhere in booking details, It was just about 130 to 140 sqft whereas when booking it was mentioned as deluxe king room & around 240 sqft, Where did this compact came all of a sudden ? Anyway the person at reception changed and gave another room after I complained, even that was about 170 sqft only. Rooms being a little small is not a problem but give correct information. Message to the reception - Please do not fool the customers Sir. Hope you will correct it. Thank you.

Rooms are bit congested. No space to move around after a big kingsize bed kept in the room. Chair is good but not comfortable to work with laptop. Neighbors were noisy. loud volume of TV from neighbors bothers a lot in the moddle of night.

The aesthetics of the room.

I wished the mirrors of the room could have been replaced. There were spots in the mirror and it was old.

1. Service bit sluggish. 2. Had to follow up multiple times to get what I requested for. 3. Daily room cleaning is not done unless asked for. 4. No locker facility.

Clean comfortable rooms located in a quite area. Good pressure showers. Equipped with a kettle so you can make tea or coffee. Staff helped me with booking a bus and even allowed me to store my bag there when I left Bangalore for 2 nights.
