I had a very good experience staying at the Hotel. The room was very clean with a excellent and prompt room service. The reception was very helpful explaining required details and process related to check-in and checkout. The Wi-Fi was enough for my regular office work during night hours. The bathroom was kept clean. The Hotel was located on the main road making it very accessible. The Building also has a Restaurant that makes it even better. I will love to book the hotel for my next visit for sure even will propose the hostel for Family or Business Stay as well.

I stayed in Room no. 005. I observed the following during my 1day stay... Pros: Excellent Front Office. Ably managed by Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Jessim. They were extremely polite, cordial and helpful. They were always plesant and professional. The Room boys and Housekeeping staff were around anytime for any assistance. The Room was Premium Quality. Every amenity was perfectly functional. The location of the hotel is the highlight. Every thing one needs is available within 100 meters. Excellent eateries too within this distance. The hotel has 24 hrs hot water supply. Room are cleaned everyday. The sheets, covers, towels were changed everyday.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and efficient in handling our requests. We also appreciate the restaurant staff for their courteous service.

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful staff, Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Grand Wilton Inn is a brand new hotel with everything shining. The rooms were very well maintained and the linen was well washed and new. The staff was most courteous and professional especially Mr Joseph who ensured a very comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is excellent and is walking distance to the Metro.

Could not open the windows as it was very dirty outside. Toilet paper was not provided for my 3 days stay. When asked they said paper was not available.

Hotel staff is very professional. And the room is very clean and spacious rooms, food also very hygienic and tasty. One of the best stay i had. Washrooms are very clean and over all the entire hotel corridors are also well maintained. Hotel is very near metro station and Phonix mall.

We were a little skeptical how the room would be as it was way cheaper for that neighbourhood but it was surprisingly very good and clean and had all the facilities.

The only complaint was, we booked the room for 3 people but only 2 of us came because of a medical emergency. So we asked for a discount but they said it’s not possible.

Room is wonderful and hospitality is extraordinary. Great stay. Had a wonderful time. Had all the amenities. Keep the pricing the same to be in the market. Awesome stay.
