It’s clean, convenient location since it’s right next to malls and restaurants. Also, metro station is really nearby so easy to travel around as well.

I was sad the rooftop place was closed because that would have been epic. And the breakfast menu was slightly limited. Especially they didn’t serve real coffee like espresso during breakfast even though they had a coffee machine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They definitely went out of their way to help us with various requests. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped with most amenities one expects in a good hotel. Room service was good too. Food portion size are large for 2 at least. The best thing we liked was the location. It right in between 2 big malls. Phoenix and Lulu. There was everything within 2 mins distance that we required. So did not travel more than 500 mtrs. We were focused more on spending quality time with our parents as we were for just 2 days.

Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable. You can seamlessly step into the VR Bengaluru mall right from the hotel's floors, and the huge Phoenix Marketcity mall is just adjacent, providing access to a plethora of vibrant, upbeat shopping, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. The recent launch of the metro Purple line in front of the hotel has made it even more convenient. The hotel features great onsite multi-cuisine restaurants and bars, and although the rooftop/sky-deck was under construction during my visit, I've been there before, and it's truly amazing! The only area that could use some improvement is room service, which felt a bit slow but still manageable. The interiors of the hotel are impressive, and I especially liked the selection of flooring, furnishing, photos and photo books placed throughout. My room was nothing short of amazing, and I was fortunate to be upgraded to a studio room (Thanks, Booking.com 😊). It was incredibly spacious and felt luxourious. The shower and living areas were well-appointed, and being on the 6th floor, I enjoyed a nice view. However, it was surprising to find that the mini-bar wasn't stocked at all, and the kitchen in the studio had a limited selection of utensils, which might not suffice for those planning to use them. Additionally, the maintenance of certain areas needed attention, as some parts showed signs of aging and were not well-maintained. The stained carpets in the hallways were noticeable and impacted the overall feel and experience, although they didn't significantly affect my stay.

I love the location, close to phoenix mall, ideal place to stay with kids.

I’ve stayed for 7 days and house keeping didn’t change the sheets. It would be great if they have changed the sheet on the 4th day. And they scrub the toilet but the floor and the bathroom walls are not to my expectations.

Loved the ambience. From my many trips to the UK, it gave me the vibe of being in a Staycity Hotel. The wallpapers and decor were subtle and gave an English feel. Loved the racks with books. The Living Room / lobby was replete with a fireplace. Nice. Very warm and cordial staff. Special mention and thanks to Richard. Good breakfast spread.

Breakfast is very simple and most of the items are Indian items. and everyday same items.

The hotel was actually very good. Rooms are spacious. But facilities in the rooms are minimal. Do not like the interior of the rooms.

Location is nice, very close to shopping malls. Staff is friendly. My room was big and clean. There is a restaurant/bar next to hotel operated by hotel with continental food and craft beers.

Skydeck was under maintenance and breakfast was slightly worse than 2019.

We struggled with Wifi a bit + their dining place/reception didn't had any power outlet to be able to sit and work (when the room is already occupied)

some tables were having their colours coming off, some pillows covers near the long windows were faded. tea kettle wasn’t working. fridge wasn’t working. POOL was in maintenance, that was my criteria to go for this property
